Ok I have to be real for a second. So this is a Mexican restaurant. I don't know if anyone notices this but I've never seen an Asian rat at Panda Express right? That's because they know it's not even close to being authentic and actually unhealthy as far as they're concerned. So with Casa Del Sabor in Las Vegas, my Mexican coworker told me I should try this place. And if she said it's good knowing what authentic Mexican should be, I'm all for it. If I see no Mexican in a Mexican spot I wouldn't even order because of the Panda Express example I just gave. So I went and it was amazing. I've never had birria and they're known for having the best birria in Vegas. It's TRUE. I can't get enough of it. They have 3 locations. Every last one of them are constantly busy. They are consistent in flavor, presentation and service. Always friendly and well worth the wait. So don't show up Starving. Maybe hungry or slightly famished. You will be waiting. Big portions great atmosphere, just go see for yourself if ever you come to Sin City. I recommend the location on Sahara and Rainbow. Family of 4 might spend about $60 but you may end up with left overs. Even better.
