one of the more versatile shopping cart programs - I always tell my clients to go with a shopping cart that offers multiple solutions for payments and processing. This cart offers everything from google carts, paypal and quickbooks. They also have multiple shipping options including Fed Ex. I believe these options are MORE important than going with cheap software as over time these types of options will give your business more options and pay off in the long run.See positive reviews
Have been with them for over 10 years. Been actually wantING to switch from them the past several years, but having a hard time finding someone to oversee the work that we can trust. TheY WILL NOT pay attention to your issues and questions-when they answer back after several days of waiting (always via email-you cannot get these people on the phone) they typically dont answer the correct issue or answer a tiny portion that doesnt allow you to fix something. They then try to give some bogus answer about their FAQ's, but the FAQ's dont answer but the most simple and mundane questions. Additionally, they are extremely rude in email when you let them know it didnt answer the question and that you would appreciate a call (that you will never receive). We have been left wondering how many people actually work at this company? Is it two people running it from the dark recesses of their basement so they cant possibly offer customer service? Who knows, but please dont make the same mistake we did by choosing them!!!See critical reviews
