Was somewhat satisfied as some of my repairs were covered, still had to pay 700$ out of pocket for work not covered. And when your paying every month for about five years, and never had to use service need to do the math.other then that they were very through and fast response.

I told you not o charge my credit card, Told you I was looking to compare pricing with other companies first and you just went ahead and charged you fee WITHIOUT my permission. You then charged the new card I was issued whiteout my permission once again. I enjoyed your service when I had it but now I am just going to move on with a different provider.

I took my car to the dealer thinking I just had a problem with the audio interface but they discovered a leaking waterpump ($$), broken mounts and a bad APIM module and radio. Car Shield covered everything and did it very promptly. I would hhigky recommend them.

Car Shield is just a company that sells people the product. American Auto Warranty is who under writes the coverage. I have had nothing but stress with Car Shield and American Warranty. They only cover what they choose to cover and that's only minimum coverage as well. The Warranty Company also only wants to use the cheapest parts available and really do not care for the customer. I just paid a bill of 6100 dollars for repairs and it was more out of the 7100 it cost only 1300 was covered. So before choosing Car Shield i.would shop around.

It was good. But I feel that they shoul have paid more. My timing belt need to be replaced. They o ly paid for the mention. But they are other parts that need to be replaced when replacing a timing belt. Like the water pump

I thought you could go to any license macanic that acknowledge car shield. I have a mini and everyone can't work on them. Because they don't allow parts to be shipped in it cost me more.
