They do nothing to ensure scammers dont flood your inbox. Maybe 30 a day. UNLESS you wish to waste your time dont bother. I took the ad down after two weeks and sold the car myself. No effort from carsales to explsim themselves, no refund. Cant wait for the thankyou reply from carsales, great to know you will forward all these complaints to your safety team, seems not alot happens from this process. Wonder how good your cyber team is? For your sake hope its better than the other departments that operate under the car sales brand. Btw im not working on an oil rig, wanting a car for my son in darwin, also with access to email i do have access to my bank account. Have a think carsales how you can verify users before they contact your paying customers. I want my money back for the Ad.

I had a terrible experience on car sales.

- turns out my ad wasn't online for the first 3 days of listing it and there was an icon I found in the top right hand corner of the page saying layout ad is listed nowhere yet"
- I emailed them about this but received no response
- I had to call them to which then then advised they would fix it, but apparently the staff member did not leave notes of my call, though they can see a staff member had to edit my ad
- once it was finally listed, I received many rude and prank phone calls from people w

Ho had obviously gotten my number off the site!
- I called up to advised them of the issues and was put through to supervisor "Kerry" (who refused to provide her last name) who said there is nothing they can do?

NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY!
