I sold my car through carsale24. The dealer accepted the offer and signed the contract online. At pickup, he suddenly tried to renegotiate the price, even though carsale24 says the deal is binding. When I refused, they created a cancellation contract without my consent – and then sent me a bill for several hundred euros. I described the car honestly and to the best of my knowledge. Instead of support, I was pressured to pay or list the car again. Very disappointing for a private seller.
