Carolinas Air Duct Cleaning Service

We use them 4 months ago! When we called them, they said they use brushes to clean your vent lines and air duct vents. So we hired them! When they got here they only shot some air into the vents and told us there clean! They Only removed 1 vent cover and took picture saying there clean! We have 32 vent covers, never removed the rest or cleaned them! The dust is coming worse now, then before they cleaned them! We have dust everywhere now! When I called them to complain, they said they can come back and do a better job! Better job? They should of done it correctly the first time! Again do not use them! They are a big rip off! And still charge us the same price as for using brushes!

Warning do not use! I used them on 1/11/2022 We called them and they said they use brushes to clean your vents and vent lines! When they got to my house, they only blew air into the vents! And said your vents are clean now! Only took one vent cover off and blew air into to make it look clean and took a picture! We have 32 vents! Dust started coming out of vents same day they said they cleaned them! It's even worse after they blew air into vents and loosened up the dust in the vent lines! I called the owner who said to bad, we have a pic of vents cleaned! Also they have a 20% off coupon on there web site! That they wouldn't take when they got here to do the job! And if you use a debit card they charge you 5% more for using it! Warning do not use Carolina's air duct cleaning services they are a big rip off!
