These mats don't come close to fitting at all, had huge gaps and they kept falling into where your feet should be. The drive side mat actually pushed on the accelorator a bit which was very dangerous. They have you ship it back to Denmark and then tak ea 35% cut to do that which means it isn't worth returning. Dont' go near these guys, its horrible

Ordered my mats. Stated it would take 15-20 business days. Took twice that time and they sent me the wrong mats. Then wanted me to pay exorbitant fees to ship them back after they made a mistake. Also tried to charge me 35% restocking fee for their mistake. BEWARE! Do not buy from this horrible company.

This company will send you fake flimsy car mats the mats are cheap cheap plastic and they don't fit. They don't measure them and they want you the customer to pay for the return which is 120 dollars and than they give you back only 50 bucks so you lose either way. They're psychopaths they won't answer you for months and don't care. Do not use them we must find a way to take them to court the business is in DENMARK.

I placed an order in Aug 2023 for my new Genesis GV80. They didn't fit and the company has been stringing me along for the past 6 months, saying I'm installing them wrong, requiring multiple pictures. Finally they said they'd replace the mats then yesterday said they've changed their mind and I can return them per their policy. Their policy requires us to send them back at our cost, with a 35% restocking fee, in the original packaging, which is long gone. What a waste of money.

The mats do not fit and are cheaply made! They crush them into a tiny bag and mail them to you. The wrinkles from that never come out. They give you the run around and I've been waiting 4 months for the replacements. Every time I contact them asking when are the replacements being sent to me they make up another excuse. They will not refund your money. Stay away from this company. Far away!

Ordered, paid, never received item! Told to keep waiting which I did. Then when Past 6 weeks communication stopped. No item received! Was for car floor mats.

Hello, it has been over a year since I received my cut up mats. 15 months! I've been told they would be replaced. I was told in July by email I would receive my mats in 3 weeks. It is has been ten (10) weeks and still no mats. Where are the mats? What address are you sending them too? What is the tracking #? What is the shipping company? You're Company claims to buy from for because of your 2 year money back guarantee. Yet I am completely unable to even get a responds from you.

After having problems immediately with car mats customs I started seeing reviews with the same problems I've been having. It seems they never intend to send you the proper order you bought and their return policy is a joke. I'll be taking further steps to get my money back. Suck it car mats customs

Mat's look good in photographs and initially in person. They will not last and are not durable. Also my personal experience, they sent me wrong mats on another order, did not offer to exchange. Asked me to return at my cost without budging and cost for International shipping was exponentially more than items worth. This is the game they play with return policy and no opportunity to talk with a representative.

You do not get 100% refund. Mats are cheap and come in damaged. They don't stay in place. They make you pay for shipping which is over $100. Read the fine print. They do not guarantee a full refund. You pay for the shipping back and they still do not guarantee they will give your money back!

These expensive custom mats did not fit (not even close) The only way they can be returned is at consumers expense to DENMARK which is not cheap! I have bit the bullet and paid for return and they still have not refunded my money. So I am now out another $100 in return shipping. Steer Clear of this place. Fraudulent!

I ordered mats in the summer of 2023 for my new vehicle. They never sent the mats and always claimed that the carrier lost them. I was repeated promised that a "designer' would create new mats and they would be expedited. Then no mats. They eventually stopped responding to my requests for either new mats of a refund. I believe the they customer service "rep" is an AI bot, following a basic script. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was sent the wrong mats for my car. I was going back and forth with them for over three months and they kept making the same weird request for more and more pictures. Eventually they stopped responding to me. A waste of $200 bucks. I was refused a refund or ever given the right mats for my car. A total scam company. Steer clear of this company

They don't fit at all, designer cries like a little girl when you tell him his $#*!s garbage don't do it, this company and all its Denmark gay $#*! employees deserve to go straight to hell and get raped by the devil himself in the way down there

Order mats in August of 2022, received Mats in October of 2022, 2 month to get, did not fit 4 door Jeep wrangler, send pics show how they were not right mats for my car. Spent $287 and the fit was not even close to the vehicle i have. Even though I told them I had 2022 Wrangler. They looks like mats for previous generation wrangler, maybe? Spent the next 4 months trying to get an answer, finally when i threaten this review they told me to send mats back to Denmark for a refund, less international shippping, duties and taxes, and a 35% restocking fee. Would have ended up with about $40 after all said in done. I cannot stress enough not to do business with this company.

I ordered custom Floor mats and custom trunk mats from this company. It took FOREVER to receive them. When I did, the mats WERE NOT A CUSTOM FIT! I contacted the company via email and received a reply back from Jane telling me that they would replace my floor mats at no charge. That was 3 months ago and still no replacement. As for the trunk mats I never received them and they refunded my money on those because it was showing not received in the tracking. Each email I receive from Jane says she has escalated it to her designer but haven't heard back from him. At this point, I'm cutting my losses with this company.

Since I have limited space to write, I'll be quick. It's been one year since I was sent the wrong mats they say I can wait for another or send it back and I pay designer fees and all that horrible waste of money and time! Still no Matts

Ordered a set of custom mats and they did not fit. Very low quality material and thin. In addition, they have a horrible chemical odor that was running my new car smell. (can't describe how horrible this smell is) When I asked for refund, they wanted me to send back the mats to Denmark and the estimated postage was >$200!. The initial order came from china so took weeks to get after ordering. They know that sending their inferior mats back cost almost as much as the mats and use that fact to prevent you from returning product or getting your money back from your credit card. Total ripoff, will be tossing in the garbage and just eating the $250. Be aware!

First things first, this isn't a company out of the UK. They ship from China, the quality of material/craftsmanship is poor and what I'd expect for something sold off of Temu.

Before ordering I reached out to Car Mats Custom, asking if they could complete a few changes I wanted for the car mat for the rear hatch of my vehicle. They insured me that they could, just provide the info when ordering. After placing my order and providing the specifics about what changes I wanted I received my rear hatch car mat and none of the specific changes were made and the mats weren't even finished and fit poorly. Seams weren't hemmed and open foam was left from cuts they made in the material. Even some areas where there were handles they started cutting but didn't complete it. (see images) Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, poor product.

Don't make the same mistake I did and expect this company to provide you with something that's custom made to your car or a quality product. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Please trust me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a sham. Notice how the reviews on their site pop up at timed intervals, and way too often to be real customers. I wanted luxury mats for my beautiful new vehicle. I have never ordered mats and so I googled. Their website looks incredible, but it's fake. I fell for it and ordered mats, thinking they were made in Denmark. Well, they arrived from China, the bag they came in was torn, the mats had tears in them, were far from the luxury quality advertised, seams were mismatched, and threads were showing through. Customer service is a fraud also. If you try to get reimbursed, they claim you must mail them back at your expense AND they take a 35% restocking fee. PLEASE use Manicci, I got beautiful luxury mats from them, they fit perfectly, and I was even able to text the owner.

DO NOT use them. They scam you into believing it's custom. They won't provide you with a return label and they won't refund you. Stay away.

They claim this is a product of Holland but is actually a Chinese company with a site in Holland that makes thier products in China.

Co will not accept returns unless buyer pays. Its $159 shipping from USA for a $130 product plus 35% restocking fee. Absolute garbage!
