Disgusting attitude. I am a member of SPG and I stay in W hotel in many locations. I went up to this bravo 24 restaurant and instead getting greeted I received a ton of attitude. Its 10pm and the restaurant was half empty. I was told I cant get a table without reservation. Earlier one of the hostess of the hotel told me that I can go up to bravo and get a table without reservation. The manager of bravo restaurant told me that if I want a table without a reservation I should call one of the guest who needs to arrive to see if they want to give me their reservation. I was speechless... never in my life I heard this from a manager of a 5 star restaurant. The managers name who told me this was Laura. When I told the hotel manager on duty what Laura told me he was shocked. I went upstairs 2 min ago to see if the restaurant is full and it was half empty. I hope this review will be helpful to the hotel managers and hopefully Laura gets replaced. I am the guest at room 1814.
