I bought two eBay gift cards. Spent two hours trying to get verified to get my codes. Only to find out once I got my codes that they had already been used. It's a scam and as soon as u ask for a refund customer service stops responding.
These guys are scam artist took my money then gave me run around when I wanted card. Then wanted pic of me with id and order number. After submitting that still wasn't enough. A lot of hassle in the end got nothing but charges on my account.I shoulda known better by shady looking website.
I ordered a gift card and was asked to send verification 6 times. They never responded to my phone call (you can only leave a voicemail with order#, name & ph#) nor to my emails as to why they were not accepting my verification picures.

Bought a card for a birthday hoping it would be instant like they claim. It's now been about 9 hours with still nothing and now the gift is late. Tried contacting support multiple times with no response. Finally got a response after about 6 messages only for them to not be any help what so ever. Terrible site. Praying that I get my refund and can take my money elsewhere. Of course, who knows if I'm even getting a refund because the support people are giving me mixed messages. DO NOT buy from here! Never coming back!

Went to make a purchase and it went through on the card I used but will not release the cards. It seems that you need to hand over a bunch of IDs to them with your picture. Your phone number, passport, or government issue drivers licence. Ya, not going to do that. Now I hoping they will refund the money they already took from me.
I was so shocked to see that the item i bought was already redeemed. As i browse through the reviews, I saw a lot of people were also given used cards. I only buy iTunes cards here. I'm from Brunei and always received them via email. Never had any problems with used cards. They have some great deals too. I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere so far and I've been using this service for at least 5 years, probably more.
So first they say they want verification by me sending a pic of myself holding Id. There's even a photo as reference. They reject it saying it's not clear. I send a clearer photo. Rejected. I send a photo of the ID zoomed in since they have my photo already. No response. I now have money on hold with PayPal. I emailed them three times just asking what they want from me or to just give me a refund. No response for days.

I love being able to come home from work and read to help wind down from the day. When you live in little town USA however, that can be a problem because they he nearest store to get a card from is a 20 minute drive one way. Card delivery is so convenient!
I payed the money for the card and verified my email and it asked for more verification such as ID and posting a photo of yourself? I think this is ridiculous and a complete waste of money. Don't bother giving your money to them! I hope this helps someone as I've come to learn that they are paying people to put good reviews.
Scam alert! Ignore the fake reviews! Not only was a charged and never got the card code but they started ignoring me after I have sent an email mentioning o never got the code!
They said we will send you your money back and it's been almost a week and nothing! I send daily reminders and contacted my bank! What's worse is you have to do a stupid verification where you send your personal state ID or your picture and they don't inform you till you make the payment and it's too late! Don't bother they are scammers and will ignore you the moment you make a payment

I've been using it for more than 2 years now for iTunes and PlayStation cards. Never had any issue with anything.
They have intrusive and inconvenient procedures, asking for your private information. They gave me one card quickly, sure. It was an iTunes card. However, their supply of IMVU cards were all already redeemed. They made me go through repetitive and redundant procedures to have them replaced, but as I said, they were all used. When I asked for a refund, they stopped communicating with me and gave nothing. I do not recommend this website.
