Your salon on 53rd took $97 and advantage of my mild mannered daughter. She was more concerned with pleasing your staff than her own happiness. She got nothing like what she went in for, get hair looked awful.
I understand the no refund policy, but some other form of reimbursement could have and should have been made.
We did it ourselves. She looks wonderful, and get hair is perfectly intact.
