I ordered several enlarged wrapped canvas prints and I am very happy with the products I received. I really appreciate the ability to get a mirror image wrap on the prints. The delivery itself was quick but the processing time was a little longer than I expected. I will use this company again in the future.
Quick, easy to order. Shipping was fast. But received a damaged box. Not the sellers fault. UPS was the issue. Slight damage to the print. But can't notice it unless up close. Still very happy with the product.
Repeat customer! Love the discount at this time of year. One minor issue when we received our finished canvas. The hardware to hang it was missing from the back. I contacted Canvas N Décor customer service and let them know it was missing and they are shipping the hardware to me. Minimal effort to install it at my end. Consider this not a big deal, just a slight delay to enjoying my new canvas. Overall, happy customer. :)
I had some questions and they were answered right away. I placed my order and it was delivered quickly. I didn't know what to expect with quality, but I was blown away by the clarity and quality of supplies used.
My order was emotional and sentimental. Everything had to be perfect for an upcoming wedding. I didn't know if there would be ample time, need for improvements, etc. They handled it all with professionalism.
I honestly could not suggest an improvement to how this company does business or treats their customers, or the quality of their workmanship. If I could give them more stars, I would!
The product was exactly as described and we are very happy with the purchase. We are not so happy with UPS who were two days late for delivery, but they could not pinpoint why or where our package went. No issues at all with CanvasnDecor and would order again.
The site is very very easy to use, and the quality of past canvases I have ordered have been fantastic! The only issue I had with a couple of past prints was the hanging hook on the back was not centered, but that's peanuts.

I had quite a good experience. The product I bought and received was fantastic! I was super happy with you. The shipping information was hard to follow and deliver dates changed which made it confusing. Other then that. Super happy and would most likely purchase again.
Everything was fantastic. Proud to support a local business here in London, Ontario. I originally intended to purchase one canvas, but the process was so simple, and the prices so good, I ended up purchasing 4 canvases.
I also wanted to purchase a metal print while the sale was on, but unfortunately the websites says that a Color Space & ICC Color Profiles has to be included. I have no idea how to check that and I called them on a Sunday, so nobody could help me with this, so I did not go ahead and purchase the metal print. If the canvases are good when I pick them up, then I will likely ask about getting the metal print done as well.
Very satisfied with the order and the print was very well packaged for the delivery. I ordered a collage of prints using one of the offered templates and it looks very nice. If I can say one thing negative it would be that the borders for every print within the collage were a little thicker than what I wanted or envisioned. But overall, I'm satisfied.
Would like more specific indicator(s) why image isn't good enough for size selected: format? Pixels? Cropping prob?, etc. Would have preferred to be able to rotate image and access to larger size. Would have been helpful to know, in specific terms, what would have been "not good' (although maybe acceptable) about the adjusted image. Otherwise, quality was very good.
I am still hesitant about poly/cotton canvas. It has a bit of a plastic feel with the Matte finish laminate added.
100% cotton canvas is a better quality. How much more would that cost?
Friends and family who have seen my two 8 x 12" canvas prints were very impressed with the colour quality and the clarity of the photos. I am impressed with the very neat professional job and with the solid structure of the frame.
Buying experience was easy. Canvas came out a little darker than original picture and metal print came out a tad blurry. I had uploaded photos from google photo so perhaps the resolution was less than ideal. Will try from computer next time.
Payment via credit card was offered but not possible, was always redirected to PayPal (I don't like PayPal;)

Very easy to use. I do not want my canvas shipped and would prefer to pick it up myself. It would be convenient to have this as an option rather than have to go through the process of having a refund, which is my next step.
I was surprised to have my order shipped to me after I had asked to pick it up in person and had been told that I could do this. There was no option on the order form for personal pick up. Everything arrived safely although was left on my front porch as I was not home. Delivery was convenient but not the option that I had wanted.
Very prompt response time and easy to navigate website. The prints were very high quality and I was very impressed with the stretcher frames.
My only issue was my shipping address was incorrect, however customer service handled it right away and the shipment came very quickly. Thank you!
Customer service has awesome! Response times to emails were timely and extremely helpful. I order a 30x40 canvas and photo prints, all packages arrived in great shape packaged really well. I love the site and have used you for all my previous canvas prints. I thought that you used to have free Canada-wide shipping, regardless of the order total. Not a game changer, but miss that service.
A very user-friendly sight. Like the visual of the canvas. The size and orientation choices. The finished canvases exceeded my expectations. An absolutely stunning finished product. Highly recommend. Will use Canvas n Decor again in the future.
Very good quality, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall service and experience. I highly recommend canvasndecor. The only thing that might be particular to the set up I ordered is that you want to increase the brightness of the picture by around 2% had I known this I would've given them a rating of 6/5. Excellent nonetheless
Final product looks amazing! Very happy with it.
Delivery time around Christmas was great, however I was not thrilled that it was not UPS of Fedex delivering, tracking for the other company was not great and had I not been home would have been extremely inconvenient to have to pick up from this company.
Overall would order again for sure.
