First time ever that I've ordered anything like this. Quick and easy to do. And was delivered within a couple of weeks! Quality was better than I expected. I would definitely order again from canvasdecor.ca.

Excellent service. After placing my order I was contacted and told that one of the photos I supplied was too low of a resolution. I was able to email an alternative file instead. Very glad I was informed rather than receiving a poor quality print. The final products look amazing.

The box could have been more rigid, especially on the side facing the picture. During transport, the box was slightly perforated and made a small permanent depression in the canvas. It is not so much noticeable, but it should not be there at all.

I ended up having to opt for the black edges when I really wished it was the stretched photo. The problem is that you lose an inch or so of your image... That's not ideal in a lot of cases. Would be great if they were able to take the last few millimeters of image and stretch that instead.

Canvas and Decor's product quality cannot be compared to canvas art in retail stores, there is no slack or waving in the canvas, it's stretched firmly, the frame is sturdy, and the colors in each print are perfect. Plus you can personalize your art choices and be unique. I've already recommended this company to many people for their printing needs and canvas art shopping.

I have always wanted to try a metal finish for a photograph and I must say I was very satisfied with the result. I had checked quite a few sites and canvas n' decor offered the best quality /price option. I have no regrets with my product and I will definitely shop again on your company site.

I am a returning customer and generally very happy with the service and quality of the prints. The pricing is good but it is frustrating when you purchase based on a particular promotion only to find that a better promotion for the same thing is released so shortly after you have paid.

Ordered as a gift. Even though there was an issue for them to open the file I uploaded, they were prompt in contacting me so I could send the file directly. It was sent out on time exactly when they said it would be. Great service!

I am not often surprised at how good and good value a product is. This is an excellent service and the quality of the printing, material and shipping (packing) methods was top drawer. Will defiantly order from this company again.

For some reason, the site seems to have problems with Chrome - kept getting a message that the cart was empty. Using Firefox though, it was a pleasure to use. I just had to cheat a bit on the billing address, since the site only accepts Canada as the country. Not a problem though, since Paypal worked without any issues for paying.

I just ordered 3 canvases and the process was easy and straightforward. Now I am waiting for them to arrive =)
Edit: the shipping took longer than expected, but everything was very well packed and protected. And the quality of the canvases themselves is superb. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Customer service was very helpful and efficient when I first requested to rush order a couple of canvas pictures, in order to make it in time for Mother's Day. They responded quickly and were able to accomodate my order no problem. The pictures arrived with no issues, and they were excellent quality.

I have been a customer for several years, however this is the first time ordering photo prints. I print a number of pics every year and consider this a test run for quality etc. Having received my prints, I am quite satisfied with the quality and will definitely be using Canvas and Decor for future jobs.

Production time was a bit longer than expected, but wasn't too bad all in all. I did have a concern about how true would be and if it would print lighter/darker. I have to say that I'm very happy with how accurate the colours were!

Ordering was easy. However, when it came time for the checkout section, I discovered there were extra shipping fees because I live in a rural area. I thought I was getting free shipping but that was not the case. We have Purolator and many other couriers that deliver to my town. Canada Post is not the quickest, but I wasn't left with much of a choice.
