My order was over $99.00 but I was still charged the shipping fee.
Explain please.
I was told that I was charged the shipping fee, because we are a rural delivery which is acceptable. However, maybe that should also be expressed somewhere on your site. It does make a difference when we are ordering. Thank you.
The website was fairly easy to navigate. I am a little worried about the cropping/ editing of my photo, as the size i wanted was not showing the edges of the image. Hopefully the crop is accurate.

Everything thing was great. I will use them again. The only problem was that if I spent over a certain amount I got a free Canvas print, but that never happened and it didn't tell how to get it. But everything else was great.
This was my first order and I was SO impressed with the quality of the prints. From the strong wooden frame to the picture wire across the back - everything was done with an eye to detail. I will definitely be ordering more prints again.
I couldn't be happier with the canvases that I ordered for promotion of our services. The staff I dealt with during the ordering process were helpful and speedy. Will definitely order from Canvas n decor again!
Other than some website issues during the ordering process, things went smoothly. The process was somewhat lengthy, taking almost two weeks from order to delivery. The canvas was a gift, so I can't confirm the quality of the print, but the recipient did not mention any problems.
As to the website issues, modifying the cropping on the photo un-set the lamination selection, so I couldn't add my order to the Cart, and it wasn't obvious that the selection had been removed for no reason.
I like the way the canvases turned out and they look great on the wall. Really happy with them.
I was a little surprised that I did not receive a dispatch notice from the company rather a notice from the courier so one step removed which was a little impersonal but overall happy with the end result so query whether it really matters.
I am beyond satisfied by the canvas print you guys did for me.It looks amazing and the price was so cheap! The ordering process was cumbersome and inconvenient. I had to email in my attachments and then never heard about the the status of my order for a while. The products I received were in great condition and when I did request information, i promptly received a response.
I am very happy with the canvas I received. A couple of my photos weren't too clear and I was emailed and we discussed the options. I like that personal touch.
I would definately use this site again and I have recommended it to friends!
Website was user friendly, we really liked being able to preview the pictures prior to confirming our order. The turn around time from ordering the prints to receiving them was quick, and the quality of them was fantastic!
I originally was going to order a canvas wrap print, but the photo said it was loading but didn't load. There wasn't any way to move forward. I didn't try that again today, but I am presuming you have fixed this glitch.
It was very easy to use the website and adjust my order to my preferences. The canvas came two weeks later and they looked fantastic. My friends want to order their own canvas photos after seeing how they turned out.
Everything from ordering the product to the price was good. One feedback would be to reduce the delivery time frame. 2 weeks for delivery is quite long, given that the product had to be further shipped to an end customer.
Customer service over the phone and via email is excellent. We received the product within the promised delivery time and were absolutely thrilled with the results. The product is professional and outstanding value to boot! We will be ordering again.
The actual product was perfect and I am very happy with it. The back and forth emails took a long time in regards to shipping and sadly the parcel arrived late for the birthday it was intended for.

Hi! I found the UI a bit hard, using my android phone. It took several tries to understand that I was only seeing half of the image and to align the center of my image with the "v". I think I have it correct...
Production time and delivery time considerably longer than suggested. Ordered 7th, received 21st.
Loved everything about the experience except the long wait time to recieve my photo. Website advertises that it takes about 3-4 days. Mine took almost two weeks and I had to call to ask if it was ready as I didn't recieve updates. I put in a shipping address but I still had to go pick it up. With the promo for a free print with order, it's a bit confusing as there isn't a spot for you to put your free print in with your order and unless you read the website fully you don't know that you're supposed to email after you've ordered to get the print
Recommended by other photographers. Like the prices and layout of website. Did think $14 was a little steep to deliver to Sarnia, but very reasonable prices, otherwise! Had I been informed it was done, before it was sent out - it just so happened I could have picked it up in London on the date delivered, as I was driving through. But I did make arrangements to have it delivered to neighbours or left by door with the delivery service, in our absence, so it worked out fine. Thanks for a fine job.
