Bad Vendor- Does not honor refunds

I have documentation showing that they refunded my order but it never posted to my credit card. I am being ghosted when I try and contact the company.

Be aware that Canles will not pay for the return of shoes ordered online. What this meant to me was that it cost $24.55 in postage to try the Canles product. It also took almost 1 month to receive the initial purchase price as a refund. What I have learned is support your local retailer. Canles online is a shyster organisation.
