Hector Sotelo and Javier Hernandez scammed me as well. Somehow they got my name from a resort I vacationed at. He thanked me for my stay and offered me a 5 night for $800 if I wanted to come back. Never once did I think it was a scam because the vacation specialist at the resort we spoke to all week was named Hector. Now that its time to redeem my vacation my calls are not being returned. It's been 7 months since I bought the voucher so can't report fraud.

Please note, this person: sharmon r. Is rating and complaining about CancunAllInclusive.US and not CancunAllInclusive.COM. I'm the owner of CancunAllInclusive.COM and this person (sharmon r.) has never used our company or services. The Hector Sotelo & Javier Hernandez he's referring to have no relationship of any kind with our company. I would appreciate it if this person (sharmon r.) would correct the star rating and the record for our company. Our. COM company does not sell "vouchers" for random future dates of travel.
Our company has reported Hector Sotelo and Javier Hernandez and this situation to AM Resorts and hopefully they will pursue this issue with them directly in Cancun, as I suspect they were once, or perhaps still are employed directly or indirectly by that resort chain.
I recommend anyone who's been defrauded by these two people, or anyone like them, complain directly to AM Resorts, or whichever resort chain these people found you through.
