Canadaintire

Recently went to one of their store after a 8 hr drive, got there needed to use the washroom badly which was locked. After Waiting for the guy at the auto counter to get off the phone to get the key he then tells me I have to go to customer service half way across the store to get it. I get there and they tell me i have to leave something of my own in order to get the key, this is ridiculous! I would of went b4 going there but the hours of this store are terrible and I didnt have time b4 it closed. Left the place and went to Walmart, used the washroom made my purchase and on my way again thank you Walmart! How else does canadain tire suck? They never have any staff on the floor to help to find anything and if you do manage to find someone they have to go back in the warehouse for a 1/2 hour only to come back and tell you they couldn't find the item you were looking for. There is never enough csshiers open and that great deal that they have in the flyer, guess what they don't have it, they never did. Customer service is terrible I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
