reduce or waive shipping charge , although your shipping and product costs ARE not as much as another company that I did check and found your product and shipping to be the best buy for me. Also your site is more detailed to enable me to find the product I needed for my older camera. Especially glad that you suggested the charger in same picture as my battery at the most reasonable price I have found.
I ordered a camara battery 2 months ago and didn't receive the battery. I requested to cancel the order, and was told I would receive the refund into my account, but have not received either yet. I also sent an email to the company and have NOT received a response from anyone at all. Tracking shows that it's still in CA and has NOT chanced for over a month, and my checking account did not receive the refund. I fear this is a hoax. PLEASE exercise caution or just avoid taking a chance with this vendor. SCAM!
After entering the model number of the requested it immediately came up and I made my selection at what U thought to be a very reasonable price. However my efforts were thwarted after attempting to preuse the shelves in search of accessories for my very, very old Canon EOS. I believe I have the first model of the ESO Rebel line, I am uncertain though as this was a gift long ago. I really wanted to simply type in what I wanted. Maybe it's just me but I find some sites easier to navigate for those of us who was not born in the actual digital age. I will try again later though just to see if any changes have been made. If I'm wrong thing and I didn't click on the right spot; my apologies.

I like the selection of items that are not available on any other place. However the purchasing app does not give you the option of going back and changing the number of items you have selected. That is a flaw I would correct. You have to have a button that would allow you to change the number of items before you check out. Battery for older camcorder. Easily found here, not so easy on the web. Easy checkout w/PayPal. Fair pricing, cheaper than others.
So far, so good. Proof is in timely delivery of promised item and how well it performs, ie taking/holding charge, etc.
After a lot of searching for this hard to find battery I decided to try Sam Sung. Hopefully I have chosen the correct battery. In looking for the battery I found some stores are charge very high prices. I was glad to fine a place that I could afford.
I usually do not recommend any shopping websites. Otherwise site was fast; although, pricing @ your sales price of 40-60% off, just brings your price to maybe on par or w/discount slightly higher than others--can only hope the extra pd for expedited shipping is worth it --will be able to better eval by how quickly & quality product...
I'm vexed by shipping charges (not just from you). This is a very small item that will cost less than the $3.99 charge. Other than that, it was easy to find and purchase what I was looking for.

after you add one accessory for your model then you press continue shopping it doesn't go back to your model you have to re-enter your model again

Chrome had problem with my order...couldn't use autocomplete for my name, card expiration, security number. When I cancelled out of each and entered manually it worked, however
Pic doesn't show end of plug to make sure it is the right one and I need a power cord for this charger.
