I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to bring my car in for warranty service only to be told on my day of service by the service writer Justin that they wouldn't look at my car for another 7 days. They were too busy. They were trying to discourage me from leaving my car. Other more profitable service had priority over my car even with my 3 week in advance reservation.
