I inquired several times about an arrival date. At one point it was lost at a post office in NY. Then I got no reply for a few weeks. After the New Year and no response, I wrote to cancel the order. Then it arrived with 3 packaging labels, one on top of the other and no receipt of any kind. Very disappointed!
My package was shipped to the wrong state. After multiple emails explaining THEIR ERROR, they refunded only half! Lesson learned.

I ordered a product for my niece's birthday on 12/2/23 and chose the expedited shipping for $22. According to their website, expedited shipping is 3-5 business days. I was planning on giving this to her as a birthday gift on December 15, however, the item did not get delivered until 12/20/23. The company originally offered me a discount for shipping and from the overall product, but they took it back when it was delivered before Christmas. I explained that I should have at least been refunded for the expedited shipping and they just never responded back. As a small business owner I would NEVER treat my clients this way. I would never put information on my website that I couldn't uphold, and I would never tell a customer one thing and then rescind my offer and ignore. They only care about money and not about their customers. I will NEVER use Callie again, and have already told my family, friends and co-workers about the situation, so they know to stay clear from their products.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered five personalized keychains as Christmas gifts. I received four of the items, but the fifth item was completely wrong. I checked my order to see that I entered everything correctly, and I did. I notified customer service immediately and tried contacting them three times by messenger and email. I finally got a response 10 days later letting me know that they will send the correct item in 2 to 3 weeks. I do not have high hopes that I will actually receive it, but even if I do, I would never use this company again.

The item we ordered was nothing like we received. Over priced $5 stuffed animal. It had literally a tag pinned in ear easily removable and said bc custom tag they wanted us to pay return shipping and a restocking fee on a stuffed animal. Customer service poor don't waste time or money here

Product was not as advertised. Paid $40 for a piece of cloth. Sent them photos to show the differences between the advertised product and what I received and they said it was as ordered. I requested a full refund and they offered 25%. Not good enough since the towel is basically a piece of material. Certainly not fluffy, absorbent or useful as a towel. It doesn't even have seams. They are now ignoring all emails from me. Be aware that what is advertised is not what you receive!

Ok so I ordered a few things totaling $135. Their shipping was $33! They said it was the 2 blankets I ordered. Even though it states $6 for shipping. Fast forward to Dec 23 and it shows STILL processing. So they gave me a 10%refund. $13. On 12/25 it shows it's a refunded order. No shipped, no processing, just under refunded. But I FINALLY get an email with shipping info. If course, it's from CHINA. Even though it says England. That's why the smells, the long shipping time, the crappy products some get. Well it's Dec 27 and I STILL don't have Christmas gifts from them even though I received personalized stuff 2 weeks ago that I ordered AFTER I ordered from Callie that was from another place.
I gave 2 stars, one for the good communication and the other for the partial refund they gave me. Buyer be VERY wary. I honestly would just shop somewhere else. Oh but a plus is they take PayPal which will make it right. I'm waiting another week and if it's not here, I'm filing for full refund.

Ordered 2 personalized items on Dec 5th. Per email, they were to be sent to me by Dec 20th at the latest. Lie... they were SHIPPED from China on the 19th. No way will I be receiving them in time for Christmas. I emailed callie and explained to them if they say "delivery" day is Dec 18th-20th that's completely different than "shipping" date. I also voiced my disappointment that I would now not have a gift for a family member. They told me in the email that it would be best if I had a different gift ready for them. They finally offered 15% refund. What a load of crap this company is. I wanted to wait until I had my product to review that as well, but I just can't wait that long. And looking at reviews, I think I'll be lucky if I see it before 2024 gets here. Poor customer service. Ridiculous. Never ever again.

I ordered personalised tree ornaments for my sisters for Christmas and when they arrived I was absolutely shocked to find that they had printed the design and names back to front. They look absolutely awful. I can't quite believe how a company hasn't noticed these defaults even are packing each one.
My sisters will now not have a Christmas present, and I have been left feeling very deflated. Please do not order from this joke of a company.

Now I get a email stating the shipping company lost my package and to provide a # so they can replace my order. Wtf does my # have to do with them resending what I ordered. Surely they can find my order by my name and order #. I'm fairly certain I've been scammed and thank goodness it wasn't for a large amount. As I only ordered with them because they were cheap as I have already spent a large amount of money on other gifts for him. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Lesson learned. I bought an LED memorial lantern from Callie.com in memory of a loved one who recently died. Two of the panels were for quotes of choice, the other two for pictures of my loved one. After several weeks, it was delivered and was the cheapest looking plastic lantern I have ever seen. Looks like it came from dollar tree. I then noticed that the quotes and pictures didn't look right. After putting batteries in it and turning it on, I discovered what looked like pictures of two men in the background of my loved one's pictures and two different quotes overlapping. The corners were peeling off, so I kept peeling them back and there were literally pictures of two men who I didn't know glued to the lantern underneath my loved one's pictures and two quotes I didn't pick out under the ones I did pick. Couldn't be removed. I believe someone decided to return their lantern for whatever reason and instead of Callie disposing of it as they should have, they instead glued my pictures and quotes onto someone else's to save costs. I have never been so dissatisfied from an order. How cheap and deceptive. I should also say that after purchasing this, the emails and tracking information I received were strange, definitely overseas. The order was late and the only contact information on their website was an email. It took days to get a reply about where my order was. I figured I had been scammed and wasn't confident it would be delivered. Overall a sketchy company. Luckily, and to my surprise, they did refund my money after several emails back and forth where they tried to make me accept a replacement, which I was not interested in. It would have taken 2-3 more weeks, which would not arrive by Christmas and I simply did not trust their service. Don't waste your time!

I orederd 2 tree names … both pretty BUT only ONE came in the correct order…when I contacted them explaining this a few times they kept telling me to take the paper off of it … I guess the words and order works magically be correct! They are not willing AT ALL to either 1) make me another one ( I would have sent the other one back) and do it correctly OR 2) send me my refund back … horrible since it was their mistake in the first place! Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
