I'm genuinely impressed with this product! The quality exceeded my expectations – it's well-made, beautifully designed, and feels premium in every way. It arrived quickly and was packaged carefully. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details. I've been using it for a while now and it works perfectly.

I ordered 2 Easter themed items for my grandsons. All arrived in time but one broke before it even got used. I have sent 3 emails including pictures so far over the last 3 weeks and zero response. Just ONE of my grandsons now does not have an Easter gift.

Unreliable

I have placed an order over 30 days, with continues follow and discussion the supplier failed to deliver and did not support by sharing courier information after repeated requests. They are a scammer who do not fullfil the order request and ask you to reorder.

Rings.
February 17, 2025

Recently ordered rings when receiving the first rings 3 stones were same color I contacted Callie they sent out second set of rings same as the first set. I contacted them again for the address to return for a full refund. They wouldn't give me a address. Instead they offered me 79% back if the $97.00 I spent. Which was $25.55& 25.22 not what I wanted. I have taken pictures if the rings with inside lighting and outside lighting as they tell me they're slightly different in color. The rings were suppose to be 2 Feb 1 may n 1 June. The Feb and June stone are the exact same color. Now Callie has stop responded even after I forwarded them the pictures from inside and outside lighting. Not a good way to start out a new year and not good in the buisness. Let's really make Callie popular. Picture one is inside lighting and picture two is outside lighting. I can sure see that the 3 stones are same color so so so so sad

Disappointed
February 10, 2025

Customer service stops after credit card is received. Item stated it would ship within 3 days...it took 2 weeks. When asked to cancel due to the delay they refused to give full credit. Delivery stated 1-2 days but took over a week. Item ships from China...website does not disclose this. If outside of China, I would advise not to order from this company.

This is unbelievable our first experience with this service is horrible. We purchased a nice purse for a present for our niece and it got "delivered" somewhere else. No address, no contact no way to pick it up with just a zip code far away from any of the places it should be. Customer service is basically non-existent. It should've arrived at our home the address was complete and well written in the account.

Very bad company

I placed an order in the beginning of December, have yet to receive my package! The customer service team told me to pick my package up as if I can just drive to another state to do so, after that literally all of my emails have been ignored.

Don't order from this company.They promise a delivery before Christmas but didn't deliver. Then a day after Christmas they send me an apology and promise to deliver the product I purchased and it never gets delivered to me. They send me a notification that it was delivered but tells me I have to go and find it by asking my neighbors if they got it. I expressed that I shouldnt have to bother my neighbors with this because if they would ha e received it, they would have given it to me...No response from Callie Gifts...So I lost my money...

Cheap looking gifts

My mam ordered 2 personalised tree "things*, yet they look nothing as advertised, they cost her £70 but i wouldn't have payed £20 for them, totally rubbish, I've been trying to get them returned since the day they arrived yet callie just keep going round in circles avoiding the return, i wouldn't buy from these ever again and if I could find out who it is that I make a compliant against them i would, my next step is to get her money back from her bank

When ordering on Dec. 11,4 products I ordered (stating I qualified for free shipping) stated products would be rec'd by Christmas (1st lie)...when I got to my cart to pay, it then said I would need to pay $13 to ensure products would be rec'd by Christmas, so I did...hesitantly. (2nd lie to get more money). I rec'd them Dec 28. Christmas ruined, and since my relatives live so far away, I will need to re-ship to them, which will cost me approx another $40.
Mechanic mug was sent to me with the name "John", when I clearly ordered "Matthew" (double checked). Now I will have to go thru the return hassle.
* The mug was ok otherwise.
* Sign with "Matthew's Garage", and car from downloaded photo was nice.
* Flashlight with "Andre" was nice quality but extremely tiny.I didn't think to look at the size. Came in a nice carrying case.
* Violin rosin box--- box was nice quality, but name and design is not engraved...it is stamped on the top, and will eventually wear off.

Cheap crap

Save your money! This is cheaply made junk. The pictures of the products are nowhere close to what you get. My shirt was supposed to be sequins. It's screen printed dots to try and look like sequins. The necklace I got looked like a thick chain and charm, it's thin and cheap. And delivery was super slow

I ordered a personalized tumbler on 12-5-24. It said I would receive between 12/17 and 12/22. I still have not received it. The tracking was last updated on 12/19/24. I am very upset ad this was a Christmas gift. I will never order from them again.

Ordered ornaments on Dec. 2nd. Estimated arrival was Dec.15-18 and and they advertised-Will receive before Christmas! It is the 24th and tracking says In transit to next facility will arrive late! I don't really need ornaments after Christmas! I will never order from Callie again and advise others not to either. I plan on returning these items if I ever get them. Don't make promises you can't keep and spoil gift giving for the holidays!
