I ordered the plaque for my daughter who is big into plants and flowers. It was such good quality and when she saw it she got tears in her eyes. I was concerned because I got a n email the next day saying it had been shipped/processed. It actually took about two weeks or more to receive it.

Only one thing I feel could be better is when customizing the names it would not allow me to capitalize the first and middle name only last name but overall everything was beautiful. Item ok I guess, it's a gift. But delivery was horrible. I'm second floor and delivery was left at bottom of stairs. That's NOT delivering the item.
