I purchased a couple of monogrammed bags as gifts for friends. The bags were nice. My only complaint is that there was no option to preview the item before purchasing. So I had to trust that the name I typed in the field would be correct.
The golf ball stamp was great. This metal gift box it was in was damaged in transport- completely crushed along one of the long sides of this thin metal gift box. It was packaged in a plastic mailer bag with no protection. Should have been sent in a sturdy cardboard box. Due to the damage, it was difficult to open the gift box with bubble wrap. This was disappointing as it was intended as part of a birthday gift for my son.
Although sending the wrong item to me, but the cs had good responds.

I placed my order with ease and was surprised to see the high shipping cost but I needed the dress so I paid it. Upon receiving the dress, the package was torn open and the dress was burned likely from a machine in shipping. Customer service was able to credit the dress-not the $50 shipping cost and then placed a new order for the same dress. The new dress is now $60 more than the damaged dress. I cannot get a response about any refund from customer service. The event was last Saturday and the replacement will arrive today-maybe.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
