I am not impressed with the service from CAFAGO

I have just received my package but there are some items missing the back panel to the housing is missing. The base mounting plate where the back panel locks into place is incomplete. Ball bearings missing. Pictures Attached!

This is really bad service, does nobody check the product before its packaged for delivery.

I had it shipped Via DHL at a high cost because I needed it urgently and now have to put off my commitments because of this.

CAGAGO states this on their Warranty

Site malhonnête, je commande une enceinte sur leur site, elle est défectueuse et émet un grésillement électrique, j'envoie une série de mails durant une semaine où l'on ne me donne jamais l'occasion de retourner ce produit défectueux, j'envoie d'abord une vidéo à leur demande pour montrer le problème, ils me disent ensuite qu'il peuvent payer une partie des réparations alors que je demande un retour. Puis ils me proposent 7 euros sur les 65, je m'énerve un peu et ils me proposent 13 euros, leur dernière offre! Scandaleux, j'ai passé 10 jours à faire des aller retours de mails sans jamais être écouté, à fuir absolument.

Ho scoperto il sito su internet e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Puoi trovare un po' di tutto a prezzi migliori di altri. Inoltre la spedizione è veloce e la merce ordinata arriva sempre. Ma ora approfitterò delle numerose offerte per prendere altre cose utili e indispensabili. Ottimo servizio, prezzi imbattibili!

They sent the goods quickly and with a track. It is a pity that sales are rare. Shop recommended.

Je déconseille sauf si vous avez de l'argent et du temps à perdre. Je suis sur que c'est pas du neuf mais des retours qui revendent. Je me suis fait avoir alors fuyez

Acquired for a tempting price Xiaomi Miband2 at cafago.com. The store saved and did not issue a parcel track. As a result, the order did not reach me. Not once addressed to all e-mail addresses. Several times they asked me to wait for more time, but more than 3 months passed and I was simply ignored. Companies do not care if you have problems, no one will give you back money! I will never order here again, and I strongly advise you not to!

Приобрел по заманчивой цене Xiaomi Miband2 на cafago.com. Магазин сэкономил и не выдал трек посылки. В итоге заказ до меня так и не дошёл. Не однократно обращался по всем адресам электронной почты. Несколько раз просили подождать больше времени, но прошло более 3 месяцев и меня стали просто игнорировать. Компании наплевать если у вас возникли проблемы, денег назад вам никто не вернет! Больше никогда здесь не буду заказывать, и вам категорически не советую!
