I brought a dress from this company it was for my mom but before I received the dress my mom pass away. I wrote to this company a few times to explain the what happen. First response was their dresses are custom made and cant be returned. So I wrote again and they said maybe you can transfer the dress to other they also asked me to send some pictures and what was the order number.So I sent them is information. Then after a few days still didn't hear back from the company so I wrote back and the last response was maybe you can give to other in need. I spent over 2 hundred dollars for the dress with handling and shipping plus also change COD for shipping again. But to me that alot of money to just give the dress to other in need. All I want is to return the dress.
