“Say hello to the channel for contacting the terms and conditions. Is it a lie?”

Hi, I would like to share a very bad and disappointing experience. And I hope that this is all my message. It will make business owners see and pay attention to after-sales service. (After I paid The store did not respond back. Is it a scam or not for your business? I must be very unlucky that this problem happened to me) If a business owner sees my post Please pay attention to this issue. And please do me justice for this issue. And I hope to receive an email from the store soon. Along with responsibility for the terms and conditions Please send me a replacement product ASAP or if the product is not available. Please give me a full refund. Because this problem is still waiting for the store to take responsibility and still waiting for the store to help fix this problem. The wait has been too long, from the 16th December 2023 until now. It's been a long time. Please pay attention to this issue. I feel terrible when merchants break their terms and conditions. I'm really stressed out right now with this problem. And it would be great if stores started Show responsibility for the terms and conditions provided. I am worry on this problem. Store never responds to customers via email. I tried several times to email you about a package that was not delivered to me. Or I haven't received it yet. (I was at home all the time, no package came to my house as the update said it was delivered. I received an email. But unfortunately it did not answer my question regarding this complaint. The email only states that the parcel has a delivered status. Therefore causing me to delay further. Because this problem has not been resolved yet. What I'm afraid of is the delayed delivery of the product. Because it's almost a long holiday. There may be a delay in delivery. So I was disappointed when this problem occurred. I would like to report an issue with the status of my order Shipped. But I haven't received it yet. I am at home all the time, no parcels come to my house.
