A Place for Mom helped my family out TWICE when we needed it very badly. First, my dad ended up needing a memory care facility, and the institutions he was in at first shuffled him to different homes and gave us terrible advice. He ended up very confused and angry during the shuffling, so we contacted A Place for Mom as a last resort. They immediately gave us several options for memory care in our area, and with their help we placed him in a perfect little community of caring individuals. We would have never know the place existed if it wasn't for the help from A Place for Mom. Fast forward around 10 years, and our mother now needs assisted care, and on a fast timeline. We tried A Place for Mom again, and they immediately came through with a short list of places, one of which was absolutely perfect for her. They provide information about funding options, different places to stay, and they do it in a very compassionate and caring manner. Its tough to put loved ones in assisted care, we were upset, stressed, afraid of making a mistake... and they were so kind and helpful to us. There are not enough stars available in this review... they need more than five and I'm not kidding. I wish there was something that we could do for them besides leaving a review because they literally changed our lives... TWICE.
