The company itself seems very good and easy to speak to, I have a small Honda Jazz and their tracker device fits in a socket under the dashboard that most cars have, it just sits there clocking your miles and maybe speed, when it's working you can just forget about it and do your normal thing, but it does not always work and the insurance company will email you saying it must be always on and that your insurance would be invalid if it's not.

I've never unplugged mine why would anyone need to, the problem is it drains the batter in 3 days this is not a problem if you are always using your car, when this first happened to me during week 2 of my insurance i went to use the car and it had a flat battery so I charged it up and the alternator is also charging it so i know that was ok. But it happened again, so i got a brand new battery thinking that would sort it out but no difference at all. So i now have to start the car and leave it running for a while every 2 days. This is not great as you can imagine. But it gets worse, last week I got an email from By Miles saying the same thing tracker must always be inserted please check it and the car battery. So I did and the car was fine, so now there is a new issue and their solution was to remove the tracker for 1 hour then reinsert it and do a small trip, so I did all that and seems that it's okay again. This will be my first and last time with them in the near future. I just want to insure and forget not to have all this going on, it's just not worth it.

Pros: nice people to speak to.

Cons: The useless hardware that kills batteries and stops working for no reason.
