My experience with BYBIT has been an absolute nightmare. I've been trying to withdraw my funds for weeks, and every time I think I've finally jumped through all the hoops, they come up with another excuse to delay the process.
Their customer support is non-existent. I've sent countless emails and messages, and the only response I get is a generic automated reply and the problem remains unresolved. Bybit is a terrible platform.
It's a relief that I've been able to find a way out of this messy situation. I recently managed to get my money back from this scam company, with the help of a recovery agency, I was able retrieve everything Bybit stole from me.

I used p2p, now 11 days after the "buyer aka scammer" paid and still nothing, bank transfers take 1-3days NEVER 11, yet, i had to provide them with proof after proof after proof, so far they have got the following out of me! 5 VIDEOS OF THINGS THEY ASK U TO DO LIKE LOGIN TO BANK APP ETC, 4 PICTURES OF EVERY PAYMENT THAT CAME IN/OUT, AND A WHOPPING 130PDF FILES FROM MY BANK OFFICIAL RECEIPTS THIS IS! AND STILL NOTHING STILL GETTING SCAMMED LOOKS TO ME LIKE BYBIT IS HELPING/AIDING THE SCAMMER MORE THAN ME! BYBIT FULL OF SCAMMERS, IF U GET SCAMMED NO HELP WILL COME U WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY EVEN IF U DID NOT INVEST IT!

There are so much scammers here and i realists too late after loosing so much money, I was introduced to goldmoney online and I foolishly trusted these scammers without proper research on how it works, after making payment I was blocked by these people and I tried so many ways to recover my money back but I kept loosing more during the process until I was introduced to Mrs Darlene and they handled it so professional and they didn't ask for much, I was able to get my money back

Worst customer service, Its been my second time appealing on they P2P (definitely a fraud) crypto buyer. My money is frozen and the other party hasn't even provided any information from they side. So I don't know what the customer service is reviewing on or not even doing they job on they own scheduled time. Which past last night. Estou enfrentando um problema muito grave na Bybit e queria saber se alguém já passou por isso.
Sou trader e opero pela bybit faz algum tempo e nunca tive tais desçabores, mas hoje dia 03 de fevereiro vivi o pior cenário que se possa imaginar, tendo em conta que é uma exchange e ela trabalha com finanças, seriedade devia ser um cartão de visita quando se trata de preocupações como estas.
Eu estava operando em margem spot cruzada (10x), alguns minutos antes do evento adicionei mais capital para evitar qualquer risco de liquidação. Minha margem de manutenção estava em 65%, ou seja, não havia risco de fechamento.

De repente, minha posição SUMIU sem aviso, o criptoativo não sofreu uma volatilidade brusca, e o mais estranho, não há NENHUM registro no histórico de negociações ou ordens. O ilógico nesse caso? Ainda tenho $1000 de empréstimo ativo, o que não faz sentido se a posição foi fechada, minha conta teria sido completamente zerada já que fui liquidada.
Já entrei em contato com o suporte da Bybit, mas até agora sem resposta.
Isso parece um erro crítico da plataforma.

Bybit exchange attracts new customers by spreading deliberately false advertising. For example, I was offered a reward of 10 USDT for registration, passing KYC and making a deposit of $100. After I fulfilled these conditions and tried to collect 10 USDT, an error notification popped up, and then all mention of these unfortunate 10 USDT disappeared altogether. The support team first started lying that the task was allegedly not completed on time, to which they provided evidence of their lies. Then they came up with a new excuse, like the reward reserve was exhausted. But then in this case, why deceive the client by slipping him a dummy? After all, the task did not say anywhere that it was a lottery, but, on the contrary, it was clearly stated: top up the deposit from $100 - get 10 USDT. Below my review there will be a response from the absolutely useless Bybit support, about how sorry they are (they don't really care) with a suggestion to contact support to solve any problems (in fact it is absolutely useless, they are not able to solve any problems).

Suporte muito demorado na resolução de problemas. Estou com bloqueio de saques há 09 dias, com dinheiro preso, sem poder transacionar. Lamentável.

Their "support" kept ignoring my requests, so after 20 days tried to used the "online chat" and...

They wrongfully accused me of abnormal transactions and refused to let me appeal, effectively robbing me of $1,400. The lack of transparency and customer support is astounding. It's clear they don't care about their users, only about grabbing money under dubious pretenses. I strongly advise against using Bybit – it's a trap where you risk your assets with no recourse or fair treatment! Beware, they're nothing but thieves in a digital disguise.

They've told me my account is restricted, but they do not have to tell me why. The list goes on. DO NOT USE Bybit. There are other, far more trustworthy, responsive platforms out there. I wish I'd never heard of Bybit before, they have contributed to major financial hardship, and stress in my life. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.

The inability of this company to approve withdrawal requests, and only give silly excuses is sad and not a good business motive. I got another of such silly excuses last month and only the intevention of B A K T R A I L, was able to forcefully within all legal means ensure reclaim

I had a very terrible experience with this company. I do not advice anyone to invest their hard earned cash because they will not allow you withdraw. Easy to deposit but good luck to trying to make a withdrawal, they have nothing to offer, I reported to P.R.0.U.P.S.H.0.T and they got me a re fund.

Bybit sucks, they are the number 1 scammers, when you want to buy crypto, they abuse the market and sell you for a price that is nowhere in the market, they take more money from you and use the money for their investments...

Don't go with bybit...its a cheating company and you will end up loosing your money...horrible crypto exchange platform and if you meed any help at critical time you have to wait forn48 hours and response will be diplomatic without any solution.stay away from bybit its crap

It's so disgusting, a new customer is not encouraged and Bots customer service never guides... But they imposed life time Ban on P2p trades. I talk to myself 'if it's such a crazy experience depositing funds to Bybit then think of Withdrawals? "...a jail break"
