They are scammer, I ordered a 4 tier kitchen cart waited for 3 weeks they sent me a small wire basket not much bigger than my hand with some type of knob that goes with nothing. Didn't delivered according the order. When I need refund they just offer me $6?! My order $42,- and some another money they took it. Don't buy it from them!

I sent them a message but no response, I wish I had seen the messages before I ordered and just gave away my money. Trust me do not fall fir these scammers!
I paid for expedited shipping to ensure my pool arrived in time but of course it didn't. I wait over 2 months and was told I would get my refund once the pool finally arrived. That never happened & I had to get my children another 1. Throughout the entire time I was never able to track my package. The tracking number kept coming back invalid. This company disabled their email and didn't give me a dime of my money back.
I ordered a pool set on May 15 from this company. 15' × 40" with filter, ground cover and pool cover. After many emails back and fourth to this company because I could not track this order, I said I wanted a refund. They said they could refund me ten percent of the purchase price. Of course I said no. Well pool finally arrived today. 6' round and 20" deep. That's all. Wrong size, no filter ground cover or pool cover. This was supposed to be a gift for my grandchildren. I feel like such an idiot. That's what happened when you deal with companies in china. Don't make the same mistake as me. Stay far away!
I ordered a speaker over two months ago from buyshop and have not received anything at all. After several emails to their customer service I finally got a reply that said my item was at the post office. After several attempts to track it through USPS all I kept getting was a message saying they had received orders to create a shipping label for my item but had not received it. No further info could be obtained until they received it. I sent copy's of this email to buyshops customer service and they basically called the USPS a liar and said they do have my item. This company ever since I started raising hell with them the website isn't available any longer. Straight up thieves and it is one huge scam.
Ordered two carts that were supposed to roll and bend down. Waited a couple of days to receive a tracking number. Never got one. After 3 + months received two watches. Emailed the company and they tried to tell me to pay for the shipping of the watches to receive a refund. I already at that point had already had my bank refund the amount. They are SCAMMERS
I was tired and saw Laptop for 99.00 saw Bestbuy ad thinking OK Bestbuy is a company. So placed a order., Took out 131.80 right away then saw these reviews. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my orders. Yes, ORDERS. I got suckered by two facebook ads. I thought would make great birthday presents for my dad. A bluetooth speaker end table with magnetic lamp and two folding 3 tier carts. After my orders sat unshipped for over 2 weeks I opened a dispute with paypal. Just before the cases closed I received one package with one wristwatch and then another package with two. The tracking numbers match my purchases so paypal denied my claim as the "packages" were delivered. Now I have no way to get my nearly $100 back and had no birthday presents for my dad.
I ordered a kitchen cart on March 1st, they took the money immediately and I have never received anything, you can't get in touch with them, you can't cancel an order, you can't get a refund and no real tracking info.
Ordered a tool designed to easily open a jar, etc. Never arrived, the tracking number is fake, and they do not respond to emails. No way to contact them. Also, they hide their transactions thru Paypal and then your credit card. Next to impossible to reverse the transaction as Paypal and the credit card point their fingers at each other and no one takes on Buyshop.
I order a pool that showed 5 people in the pool plus filter & pump was to be included. After waiting for months (ordered pool in Feb) got my pool late July only to get a pool barley big enough for one small person, not filter,. Was told that was the size I ordered even though I attached copy of picture & the details it gave, was offered 10% of what I paid I told them no I would return the pool but they wouldn't take it back. Never heard back from this company & never got a refund. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY BIG RIP OFFBUYSHOP
