I ordered a pool set on May 15 from this company. 15' × 40" with filter, ground cover and pool cover. After many emails back and fourth to this company because I could not track this order, I said I wanted a refund. They said they could refund me ten percent of the purchase price. Of course I said no. Well pool finally arrived today. 6' round and 20" deep. That's all. Wrong size, no filter ground cover or pool cover. This was supposed to be a gift for my grandchildren. I feel like such an idiot. That's what happened when you deal with companies in china. Don't make the same mistake as me. Stay far away!
