Former good business gone bad. - I have been buying cigarettes online from this web site since Feb. 2008 with relatively few problems. Sometimes they have been slower to ship than I would like, but they always came through and always answered my inquiries. Normally they shipped within one to 2 business days of taking the payment and by Priority Mail, so there wasn't much to complain about.
Things have changed however.
They took $84.67 on November 1,2009 and my order status still shows "Approved, Waiting to be packed", and I have not received the cigarettes.
Now they have stopped responding to emails and no live person answers their phone. You can leave a voice mail, but of course they do not return your call. They say they will respond to emails within 48 hours, but they do not.
I think they have turned into a scam company and should be avoided.
I have been looking at some of these reviews and im confused. I might be a little old but I know a good business when i see one. I have been ordering from here for about 10 months and havent had any of these problems. Someone said when i first started with em that there were some delays because of new ownership and warehouse but it didnt even effect me. I love this company and they always have a good deal. Thats what i look for the good deals.

Failure to Deliver the Goods - Placed an order Oct. 30. The electronic check has cleared and still waiting for shipment. Get a busy signal at their customer service line. Looks like a scam to me.
