Unfortunately, I didn't capture screenshots of what they do, but you can search the internet for stories of people who have experienced the same bait and switch techniques. I ordered two engine mounts/supports for a Mercedes. I chose a specific brand, Bilstein, as they are an original supplier to Mercedes for these parts. So I placed and paid for the order. When I went to review the order, this company had switched the parts I had ordered to an inferior brand/product (Stark), but didn't reduce the price to match the same item's prices on their website. Bait and switch. I immediately contacted them and cancelled the order. It seems this happens quite often, as there are many complaints of this kind all over the internet. This company is NOT located in the UK. It is a German company in Berlin. The parent company being AutoDoc GMBH in Germany. They offer an app by the same name for your smartphone. The prices aren't bad, but I highly recommend you review your order after placing it, to be sure they haven't performed a bait and switch on you. If they do, contact them and cancel the order and tell them why. If they won't cancel the order, contact your bank and have the funds held for fraud.
