Never used this site before but had a cell phone to sell. Process was easy and prompt. Their communication back to me was frequent and helpful to know where in the process we were. Got check quickly and all is good. Will definitely use them again if I have a need.

Buybackworld had given me a fair deal on used electronics that probably would have ended up in a landfill or just thrown in a drawer. I felt that at least I was getting something for the devices that I could use for something else. It was quick, organized and payout options were great.

This is the second time I've used BuyBackWorld. They sent a box with packing material and when they received it, sent us a check. For us the hardest part was cleaning all the info off the Apple computer.

BuyBackWorld was great because they communicated through every step of the process. They confirmed receipt of the item, they communicate it was being reviewed, and they communicated when the review was completed with the value and the check would be mailed. I would use them again.

I was amazed with these guys. They made me an amazingly reasonable offer, provided shipping labels, and had a system allowing me to track as my items were inspected, etc. I received my check less than 2 weeks after I sent the items off. Excellent!

I was a little skeptical at first, but everything worked as they described. You're not getting a lot for your goods, but it's better than throwing them away.

I recently wanted to sell some of my things but they sent me a box with insufficient postage and they mail service almost charged me 35$ and then they say its a "new service" and that the United States Postal Service is just wrong. When Pressed further and wanted to get a FedEx label they did not respond. So I just decided to keep my things rather than suffering from a scam. Don't use this company ever they are very shady.

Very easy to use site. Process is simple. Be sure that your checkout cart matches what you plan to send as you'll need to receive a certain amount from buyback in order to send in/process the electronics.

I love the convenience Buy Back World offers to those of us who are working and do not have time to haggle with people about our electronic items.

You get a fair price for your items. And it is automatically deposited into your account with no hassle.

I was a tiny bit hesitant, because sites/stores like BuyBackWorld are hit or miss, sometimes. There was a slight delay with the whole process, but it was still well within the dates given by the store. Especially with the holidays falling right in the middle of the whole experience. It went smoothly, my full payment was sent promptly and I have no complaints!

ÏThey are totally scam artists. Didn't give me a price until about the 60-day mark which is well beyond their 10-day promise. Then they drop 3 perfectly good phones from $35 down to $0.50 and $0.25. After 6 or 7 emails that was their solution. They are legit scams do not do business with them. You're warned

Started using buybackworld once Verizon upgrades stopped covering the cost of the phone. I couldnt be happier with the service and have saved a lot of cash. Everytime Apple releases a new iphone I buy the model under it and save getting hit 700$ by Verizon for upgrades. I recommend to all.

Although communication wasn't always easy, with a little persistence, I was able to get the best price for the phone. Just make certain everything is released from the previous carrier to alleviate problems.

I've sold many many items on their site over the years. I almost always get their return packages to mail my stuff to them. I feel their grading system, price offered, time to receive your payment and communication is excellent. I have never had an issue and have always had a great transaction.
