Super easy to navigate through website and check out was smooth. Order arrived fast and went together great. My boys love them and want to ride them all the time.

The box was in complete shambles when it arrived. I filmed opening it just in case. Also, the rear tire needs adjusted as it doesn't spin freely...i don't know how to adjust it

Replaced the stock brake caliper due to the original design being discontinued. After 5 years of hard abuse the pads finally needed to be replaced and this worked perfect.

I have order parts several times and each time received what I needed and timely. This last time the part I needed they were able to remove from a new one in house and send to me.

So far everything has went smoothly. Great support. I hope I get all the correct parts I ordered.

All the kids want to ride this - my son, his friends, my daughter, her friends. My older teen son and his friends too! So great to see everyone enjoying the bike!

I was impressed with the power of this little bike. Super happy with the purchace. Well worth the price. So far seems very high quality compared to the competitors.

I recently purchased the new Burromax 1600. Right out of the gate my expectations were exceeded with how quickly I received my order. Upon receiving and checking the bike out, I was impressed with some of the new additions/upgrades, including, but not limited to the size (very comfortable for me at 6' and 200 lbs); the addition of the rear brake; the revised electronic read-out that now shows speed, trip distance; the horn; the side lights (very bright/safe); the ease with which you can go back and forth between low and high speed. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase(s). The 1600 is perfect for kids and adults alike. My friends (whether it be because they rode my bike or just took my word for things) have followed suit to the tune of purchasing 8 more 1600s.
Great job Burromax! Not that I have anything in mind, but I'm excited to see what the future holds for the Company. To date we've owned 8 Burromax motorcycles, each of which has exceeded our expectations and provided hour upon hour of family fun.

We love our BurroMax! The quality is great, the service is great, and we always have people asking us where they can get one. The kids even let me ride it once in awhile!

Factory battery stated 11 miles with 100lb rider. We got about 3 miles with a 40 pound rider. Not sure what the deal was. The upgraded battery sure was expensive but works extremely well.
