Having a great deal of trouble getting a refund or even an acceptable response from their
"Customer Service". Told I cannot return and get money back as the product comes from China.
Finally offered a partial refund in dollars-I live in the UK so dollars not my currency
Website should advise this company is not suitable- particularly for people living in the UK - I'd give a zero rating if possible.
My experience has been fantastic overall, but I'd love to see a wider range of colors in some of the collections.
