I couldn't find a place to leave a review so this is it. The absolute best customer support I have ever received! The young man I spoke with should have a minimum of 5 stars. But if you do buy, it is $31.99 for a single report unless you want to give them your CC info and try to cancel later. Many people tried to cancel their $1 deal and got hit with a $24.99 charge they cant get back. The reviews on this website are dismal if you look at the various review sites. I'm so glad I didn't actually give them my CC info before looking at the reviews. But you wont get anywhere until you give your info. You cant even find out how much it is until you provide all the info. Buyer beware.

This is fake website that baits you into entering a lot of info then wasting your time while it "loads" why not just tell me up front that I have to pay?

This site is either REALLY bad as assessing data, or it is a scam. Either way, I would not enter another VIN on the site. Fortunately, I stopped short of paying!

I wanted a report of my car before selling it. Not only did they get the mileage off by 100,000 miles, they missed the 2 accidents I had and reported no accidents. Totally untrustworthy! Thank goodness I only wasted $1 on the trial.

I don't usually come online and write reviews. However, I was satisfied with the reports I was provided by bumper. The 7 day trial membership for $1is a good option for low-income people like me. Just remember to cancel the subscription on time.

I tried the 7-day trial and searched for information on two of my three cars. The information was outdated by years and incorrect in many instances so I canceled my membership and didn't bother searching for information about my other car. Their service is completely useless.

Service history is identical to all cqrs you look up. When you try to cancel they block you from the site but keep charging you. STAY AWAY FRIM THESE SCAMMERS

I subscribed while I was car shopping to make sure the cars I was looking at were OK to buy should I want to. I found something I liked, ran the VIN report via Bumper and all came back all clean. The next day I ended up buying the car. When I went to have it registered, I noticed it was a branded title and then I paid for a CarFax report only to see it was in 3 accidents and had a salvage branded title. This company COMPLETELY SCAMMED ME and cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. I'm seeking legal counsel for myself AND so they can't scam anyone else again.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know they lie and don't actually provide the service they say they do. They advertise one thing, and in the fine print conveniently say "oh well we actually don't do that".

I am not sure how there are any good reviews for this company, they must be fake. They get your credit card information and continuously charge bogus charges. I had to close my account and get a new card issued after charge number five that they would not address.

Carfax is over priced and gets the same results. With Bumper, you have 50 searches and they also have a free trial, which carfax does not. Everything was easy to find and customer service responds fast.

I wanted a VIN Number report on a vehicle i am going to purchase. Paid the $1.00 for this report. I got the report based on the VIN Number. Not event the color of the vehicle was correct. Useless waste of time. Save the $1 and don't waste your time. I ended My 7 day trial in under 4 mins.

I was just billed by bumper inc. I do not remember ordering it and had no need for it. I will now search my email. Billed through PayPal so I have some protection, but I suspect phishing too

They charge you for nothing, after you buy trial. Never reply to the e mails or chats. No service at all.

Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial.
In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription.

When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel.
You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

Please be assured that your account was canceled and you were issued a refund.
The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
