I was having an issue with shipping options working on the website. I called and Mike jumped right on helping me. He was so patient and timely getting me the information I needed. Now I have all the books I need for my upcoming event and couldn't be happier. You really can't beat these prices!
I got the book...in time for my meetings. The call was nice to say it was out of stock and asked me if I wanted it yet. That was a nice touch...a real person actually picking up the phone and calling.

When I first looked at the prices I was really excited, because I compared the prices to Scholastic, and Bulk was better. When I went to actually order, I did not get the price advertised. I felt this was sort of misleading on Bulk's part. Still, I would order from them again. (I've ordered from Bulk 3 or 4 times, so I am obviously satisfied.)
I was very disappointed in the size of the books. They were for Christmas gifts that my Rotary club was giving to underprivileged children. I could not use the 4 x 3 label stickers that I had to put in the books as they were larger than the actual books. Two business days before the event I had to hurry to find other books - very stressful.
I was very happy with my order. My customer service representative was friendly and prompt in answering all of my questions, and my order arrived before I expected it, plus the books were in perfect condition. I will definitely order from Bulk Book Store again!
Easiest transaction ever! Needed 37 books to give out at a Pre-school graduation. The books were a great price and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The kids enjoyed the gift and the parents loved that it was a book!

My experience in purchasing was great. The cost was great as well. The customer service was not great or terrible. It took a few days for me to get a shipping confirmation and then all I could get out of the customer service person was that my order would arrive by the committed time - 10 days of course. The shipping guidelines state 4-10 days and all I could get was it will be there by the 10 days. This was frustrating.

Easy to search, great selection. Fantastic customer service. My only complaint is that I thought I would be receiving full size books and ended up getting little tiny mini books. Had I known they would be 2 inch by 2 inch versions, I may have considered ordering a different book and/or from somewhere else. My 1st graders ended up loving them and perhaps it gave the size specifications somewhere in the fine print - though I don't remember seeing it - but I think it should be stated clearly that they are pocket size versions of the book. (I ordered Purple, Green and Yellow by Robert Munscht.)
We got the books we wanted for training at the best price we found and they came quickly. The only small quibble I had was that there was no tracking until the books were already out for delivery later that day. It wasn't really a problem, though, and the next time we need books we will certainly come to you!
You had the book I wanted and the quantity needed. Your chat rep was also great in helping me. The site gave most of the information I needed. Books were also received in a timely manner and all in good repair.
Once I got the books. It was not what we need. I asked to exchange them for right books. I was told no refunds or exchange. Our school was left with books we cannot use. I have to find a way to sale them. Not impressed and will not use you again.
Heather was great. Even though I am a very hard individual to get ahold of she had the right amount of follow through to remind me that I still had an order pending but understood that I'm a new mom to twins and have a very hectic schedule.

My past experience was great and this time, key will be receiving my order within the 6 days promised (I must have these books by Saturday, August 18th for a meeting I have so that will determine my next rating.:-). After typing the above statement, I was initially told the books would arrive by the date they requested and then they called me a few days later to state they would not arrive by the date due to back orders. I don't feel I can fully fault them for not having the books but frustrated that they did not know they didn't have the books. I ultimately received them later and, truth be told, I still really like them and will use them more frequently in the future.
The rep was excellent. He was very efficient at following up when I flaked out and didn't call to complete the order. He was very patient with explaining my options and finding the perfect book for my needs.

When Mike went out of his way and was able to help me get the books I needed for a price that didn't drain my teacher-salary bank account, I was thrilled. Afterwards, they checked to make sure I was happy with what I got and kept me informed about my order until I received it. I will forever use BulkBookstore.com to order ANY books...and I have also mentioned it to the school librarian and to some district leads in my county. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome prices!
