I am very impressed with BulkBookstore.com! I had been searching the web for a good deal on some class sets of books to use in my classroom and couldn't find anything within my (very limited) price range. When I stumbled upon BulkBookstore.com, I figured it wouldn't hurt me to contact them and see if they could help me out. When Mike went out of his way and was able to help me get the books I needed for a price that didn't drain my teacher-salary bank account, I was thrilled. Afterwards, they checked to make sure I was happy with what I got and kept me informed about my order until I received it. I will forever use BulkBookstore.com to order ANY books...and I have also mentioned it to the school librarian and to some district leads in my county. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome prices! I was concerned that I wouldn't get the order before my deadline and contacted customer service. She said she didn't see that it would be an issue but would keep an eye on it for me and let me know immediately if something came up. I received the books well in advance of my deadline.

The process for getting my books was very user friendly. I was able to use my school's purchasing procedures without any problems and it was nice to be able to track the progress of my order. I look forward to using the books in my classroom!
I ordered 100 copies of "The Tao of Coaching." Four copies arrived in one package that appeared to have been mishandled and the 4 copies were damaged. The other 96 copies arrived in a separate box (with no damage). I then received another box of 96 copies of the book (also with no damage). I contacted my rep about the damaged books and the over-shipment. She originally told me to keep the 4 damaged books, that they would send 4 additional copies, and that they would send a shipping label to return the over-shipment. I then received word from her a few days later saying she had spoken with the distributor and they said to take 4 copies of the book from the over-shipment. To date, I have still not received the return label for the over-shipment.
I appreciate the chat help I received before placing the order. Once I placed the order, I received it in a timely manner. Mike, my account manger, followed up to ensure I was pleased with my purchase and experience. I will definitely use the Bulk Book Store in the future!
I contacted Customer Service to receive a quote on a book I found on Amazon. Amazon's price was cheaper, not by too much, and I informed the Customer Service Rep. And he matched Amazon's price! No tax and No shipping made the purchase much cheaper! The books delivered quickly!
The customer service they have is unbelievable. They call you once your order is placed to let you know they have received it and that it will be shipping out. Then they call you to make sure you got your order and that you were happy with the product. Awesome company I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

Loved the pricing! These were definitely the cheapest hardback books that I was able to find. I am so thankful! I am giving these to each of my kindergarteners at graduation, and since I am purchasing with my own money, I am grateful for a company who provides such great quality for a great price!

Easy to order at great prices. Great selection. Customer Service was excellent. I ordered books for a school that was closed because of the pandemic. Kelly was very understanding and told me to let the books be returned so they could be redelivered to an alternate address at no extra charge. What a relief! I tried many times in vain to contact UPS and change the delivery address the first time the books were sent out. They are impossible to deal with, even with a MyUPSChoice account and even when I attempted to pay extra to change the delivery address. I appreciate your customer service and will order with you again, being careful to verify that the address is good.
This was the easiest and most cost effective bulk book buying experience I have ever had. The service and response time I received was 2nd to none. Thank you for the coupon very much. I would like to have more bulk items to purchase. We are a public library. We have a non-profit organization called the Friends of the Library and they fundraise to do and buy for the library supporting our small community. We delivered the books we purchased to our local school as a donation to each and every child to have their own book to read. It is such a joy to give to these children, lots of whom will never get into a library or have books to read.
