Purchased 2 fast charging mobile cables That don't work they are rubbish had it plugged in my phone for over half an hour No charge lol but lights up well

Don't waste ur money this website is scam I bought 3 same item as a christmas gift and all of item I order is not working and it came late, they don't have contact info only email and they give a shipping address for return and its not working also

After a whole month of waiting this small box showed up. At least I tried to charge it and my phone neither would charge. Ask me to send a video this is a joke. How do you send a video of something that won't charge? I am filing a complaint with the BBB and blasting this all over Facebook. Offer me $2 back. I don't have money to throw away. SCAM SCAM SCAM. NEVERCAGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY ON CHINA... THERE'S A RETURN ADDRESS IN THE US I WILL GIVE THIS ADDRESS TO THE AUTHORIRY.

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker on Dec 5 they charged me for 2 and won't refund the one I didn't order and I still haven't received either package over a month later

Beware; it's a scam.

I ordered 2 dragon eggs. I paid with my credit card. My confirmation email said I paid via paypal. In addition, they also charged me extra. I asked about the extra charge and the paypal. Customer service said the extra charge was a computer error and refunded me the difference, but keep on insisting that I paid with paypal. (Looks like they change my payment to paypal. I did some research and found that paypal policy would require me to return the item before you I get a refund, even if the items is wrong or broken, which is what they're hoping for since it'll cost too much to send the items back). I tried to cancel right away. They won't let me. I asked for the delivery date so I can dispute the claim with my credit card. They won't give it to me. I received the items about 3 weeks later. It is a lot smaller than the pictures. (It fits in the palm of my hand. I think only one picture actually showed its true size). I asked for them to initiate the return. They said that I would have to pay for the return and that if it cost too much, then I should just keep it and they'll give me a 3 dollar discount. I told them that per their policy (which is: I am responsible for 1 of the shipping, either to or from), they would have to pay for the return since I already paid for it to ship to me. (Looks like they messed up their own scam by making pay for shipping). Then they went quiet on me and refused to return my emails. Other red flags: 1) there's no phone number to call, only email. 2) The confirmation email is different than the support email (which was hard to find). 3) The support email *******@paypal. 4) The charged that showed up on my credit card is some wierd person at paypal (to their credit, they do tell you that it will show up that way. But that's still suspicious). 6) The items are advertised elsewhere at other sites with the exact same images (so how authentic is it?).

Buletboard are scammers. Ordered an LED charging radio and a much smaller item came than was pictured. It also didnt work. They wont give you a refund. They asked for pictures and videos. Then declined the return because its over 15 days. Then they said they would give me $3 of my $40 back. Just ridiculous!

After very long, barely updated postage, I received two over the top priced fidget dragon egg toys to have one arrive broken and the other to break why playing with it the same day.
Can not be played with as stated.
Reach out to have a disappointing email back and forth with them.to either give me another one Instead of two which will take another 2 months plus to come or $4US back which doesn't even cost what one was. Then to be told my final offer was $6US again doesn't cover the cost of one.
Films, false advertising of these toys.
Disappointing customer service. Would never recommend dealing with this company.

Ordered an eyebrow pen for $16.00, they sent me a dried out pen with no color. I contacted and they offered me $2.00, then after I said no $4.00. I said just send me pen, no word and has been 3 weeks. Also my CC was compromised and this could have been the place. DONT BUY FROM HERE...Buletboard.com

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's location china and the product pictured is nothing like what you'll actually get in the mail. The company will only offer me $2 compensation for my "dissatisfaction ". Learn from my mistake and don't do it.

Jeans ordered did not match the size chart. I ordered Tall version and they are At least 2 inches shorter than size chart. Customer service offered me 4, then 6 then $8us refund on $40 purchase to keep the jeans. They don't fit, I don't want them, they refuse to accept the product does not match the description. I can post them back to China which will cost me approx $25. They refuse to provide free return. Every way I'm out of pocket.
Not worth buying from them. Will never purchase again.

Did not get product advertised. Advertised as a stich fix clothing fixer, received an Asian clothing tagger. Should have looked at rest of website. It's clearly selling Asian knockoffs. About page feels AI generated.

Ordered magnetic truck cab lights which were solar powered. Was sent regular can lights that would require drilling and electrical wires.

I ordered two pairs of reading glasses at 50% off. I received two pairs of plastic glasses that would not stay on my head, with lenses that did not focus, and was charged full price for both pairs, plus 14% VAT. When I asked Paypal to intervene, they did get me an offer for a full refund if I shipped the galsses back. I was given a Kowloon address for a company called Blue Hot LLC. The shipping was more than the cost of the scam. I have two pairs of useless plastic "glasses" and a slightly lighter bank account. Do not use these people.
