Sales rep Mike was doing his best. He had me calling every couple days mad about wrong address, out of stock, and missed stock counted equipment. I ended up spending nearly 8 hrs on hold or in calls to end up cancelling the whole order.

When I initially ordered online, I thought all was well. I called about 2 weeks later to check on delivery and was told they were waiting to hear from me to confirm my address. This was a bummer and delayed delivery longer. Worked out in the end and Mike in the sales department is awesome!
