I never received a email copy of the order. Did not have a tracking option for this order also. The only option i had was to check the web site daily. If i had not printed the order number, I would have been completely out of the loop.

Everything was great exept that the shipping said i would receive the furnace on tuesday and tuesday came and went and no furnace, so i called the delivery company and they said i was supposed to schedule a delivery date, i was never told i had to make a delivery appointment, thankfully i called and i set up a date and received my furnace, other than the little miscommunication everything else was great.

Great price! Very helpful with information that allows you to make an intelligent and informed decision. Very helpful in steering me towards a good installation company at a better then expected price! I am sure we saved upwards of $5k+ using them compared to the bids we got from three different AC companies! We would not have been able to get the better quality and much higher 20 seer rating unless we went this route!
All expectations were met; however my expectations were more than met because their was a damage caused by the shipper and it is only when there is a problem that you fully appreciate GREAT customer service and attention to detail.

I ordered a 2 1/2 ton Rheem Heat-Pump from Vic at Budget Air July 7,2020.
Had it shipped to a freight dock of the Miller Ferry that services Put in Bay, Ohio. Miller Ferry received it on July 22,2020. I picked up the equipment on July 23,2020. No visible damage to the boxes the equipment came in as it would be hard to see because they wrap their product with black shrink wrap? After unloading and opening the cardboard box with the air handler in it I noticed damage to the top front corners of the unit. Please note, no visible damage to the box. After removing the box, the damage was substantial. The unit appeared to have been dropped from a height when it was in the box and landed upside down pretty much square on the the floor.
The top of the box had the perfect impression of the unit in it causing severe damage on the front side. I called Budget right away and asked for Vic, his response was it is not our problem, your complaint needs to be filed with the shipping company UPS Freight, the company THEY HIRED, and he totally blew me off. He didn't offer any help in any way to replace the unit and told me to talk to Lavina in the shipping department. She explained to me about the quality control and sent pictures of our equipment before it left their shipping dock. Problem was the pictures showed equipment wrapped in black shrink wrap on new pallets. My pictures show the equipment on OLD pallets? Also she sent a DISCLAIMER stating, Regardless of the type of shipping you chose; again we did not chose the shipper? I HIGHLY recommend choosing another company in Tampa. That's what I had to do and received the unit not damaged in clear shrink wrap. NOT BLACK SHRINK WRAP WHERE YOU CAN'T SEE ANY DAMAGE!
