I'd you want legit true quality "Buddha" inspired products it's best if you get them from the source. This place is a scam, they'll keep up selling you on products and good luck on returning anything. Once they've got your money you're not getting it back. Product quality is extremely poor and doesn't last. Stay away from this company.
We order a set of bracelets for $39 at the the beginning of April. We are now coming towards the end of May and no bracelets. I have emailed them on three different occasions with zero response. I just had to ask PayPal to get involved as I have no other recourse. A simple email would have done wonders. My advice - Buy somewhere else that actually cares about customer service.
It took a month to receive my order, maybe because I'm not from US. But it's worth it! The bracelets I ordered were perfect. Looks so classy, and my friends kept asking where I bought them. Looking forward to order again. Thank you!
It's not a scam, I've ordered two bracelets and received it with no issues. I, have had great luck since I've been wearing it! Good trick big con. My one broke when I called one person said bury it with the sacred red cloth which it never came with 30 minutes later I received a "how to string the beads together again"

I'd be skeptical in purchasing unless you copy all documentation. I'm ready to post a warning on Facebook. Sad shops get crooked to where you don't want to buy on line
I ordered a $25 Tibetan Cooper Bead Bracelet on 6/10/20 and received confirmation right away. On 6/18, I inquired about the order as I had not received any shipping info. I received a prompt courteous reply explaining that due to the pandemic, there may be a delay. On 6/22 I received a USPS tracking number that did not have any activity for several days. I finally received the package on July 3. I am pleased with the bracelet. It is exactly has advertised. Shipping was very slow which I believe was because of the pandemic slowing everything down and hopefully not that this is a shady company.
Ordered about 7PM and then emailed less than 12 hours later to cancel. Was told order had already been shipped - lie. It came from China; no way shipped in that time parameter. Was then told had to return it to China at my expense - NOT the US "mom & pop" store that sold it in the first place. Cost of returning product to China more than product. Scam company to get a refund. In arguments now with credit card company.
I saw the site and it said 1 black obsidian bracelet for 19.95 then add the gold pixiu for another 19.95 it was actually 24.95. I was sceptical at first but I ordered them on July 28th and received them today August 6th 2020. Absolutely beautiful I'm not a gold fan at all but It looks good as well. I rinsed them off out of the pouch they came in and rubbed them and asked for its guidance in everything needed in my life with in 3 mins of putting it on I can feel all the energy running in. I have known about feng shui and have studied some forms of it. Just an FYI do your research before buying any type of feng shui item as you may not be compatible with it. I am Lucky I am a Monkey, compatible for sure. Thank you Budda power for sending this to me as fast as you did. It was in Hong Kong with in 3 days and in Compton CA with in another 2 days. Enjoy the energy charge you will get it can be overwhelming at first.
This is just an update from my last complaint about the waiting time with Buddha power store, after a waiting period I received my product in good shape.
Ordered in late June contacted them Sept 1 because the tracking says it was delivered to Ca... my address clearly states TX. The customer service rep via email told me to ask my neighbors and my household members if the package was delivered to them. Please, just don't waste your time. I usually read reviews before ordering anything I sure messed up this time
Do not buy anything from this site. My order never arrived, made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email, no success. They reply by third party email saying order is in transit, as of today over a month, still have not received my order.
People, a Bracelet will not instantly make you rich, or happy, or healthy. Especially a cheap bracelet. Please put your $ towards something Tangible, like a Book on Feng Shui if you are actually interested in this ancient art. Or just look up the info online!
All buddha items looked so good on my online screens, but whenever i ordered my bracelets or any items... i had to wait & wait about 1 to 2 months to receive them, & when they sent my ordered? They all got lost in the mail, but i finally got them 3 weeks later. They need to do their job faster & on time esp. When we need to gifts our family ON TIME! During any kinds of holidays or celebrations... IT was my 1st disappointment ordered online. So am not happy yet with their services yet. Until they work a little faster & efficient in the future.
Terrible customer service. I been waiting for a long period of time looking everyday at the tracking number. Finally appears it arrived t a destination which obviously was not delivered to me.
I been sending e-mails trying for them to locate the bracelets (2) and their response was for me to check with my neighbors. I have ring in the house and no delivery has been done at my house. Fortunately I have the videos to prove it.
I am asking for them to verify where they delivered and to refund my money.
Please do not order from this company they are a joke. You will never get your product it seems more like a fraud company.
This is an update to my review as I was told I would be receiving a refund that never came. This company is fraudulent and deceptive. Do not waste your time or money. They send an item with the incorrect address so it is sent back to them. Then they request 30% of the purchase price plus shipping charges to get it shipped to you. I have disputed this with PayPal and i am now reporting them to FTC and Better Business Bureau. At this point, it is not about the money.
Very poor customer service. Usps tracking number not valid. Incorrect tracking or shipping number. Customer service support is a bot. Shipped to illinois first, then st louis, now back to illlinos. Getting the runaround. They should be banned from US soil.
This website just wants you to buy as many bracelets as possible at an insane price, they pump out a dime a dozen ads everywhere to get as much exposure as possible (the most notable ads are on youtube by a channel known as "Buddha Power" with people talking about how they found a strange bracelet, they got insanely good fortune, looked up the bracelet online, and tell the viewer to buy the bracelet now).
So please, stray away from this website, any amount of research, will tell you that this is a scam that preys on people with misfortune and uses a religion as a cover-up.
I have purchased my items from Buddha Power Store last July. So far, my bracelet has been pretty lucky. I am at least $15,000 richer since I got it! No joke! I think to help you with good luck, you need to believe in it's power, say a little prayer, always be grateful and share a portion of what you get. Also, always, always, be kind! Actually, I want to purchase more stuff but I can't find my discount coupon that was sent with my previous purchase. I know I can afford it now, more than ever, but hey, I still want my discount which was at least 20 percent(I think they gave me more for future orders so I want to look for it). Thank you
I am beginning to think that I am the only idiot who bought into their fake advertisement. Ordered couple of bracelets, from which one never arrived and the other two looked nothing as advertised. Green obsidian and rainbow color obsidian stones were just as black as a black could be. I must be colorblind if any of these look green or rainbow colors. Please stay away from this fake company!
