This company isn't transparent. It's an unregistered business that isn't trustworthy. So avoid it. I lost $*******. When I asked for my total balance, they stopped talking to me and ignored my messages. They wanted more money without explaining why. It was a tough situation, but I didn't give up trying to get my money back. Until I got support.
I can not believe the audacity this platform had to restrict me from my account and even refused to offer help, i reached out to them on several occassions and all they kept asking me to do is deposit more money so i could get my account unlocked and i knew that was a scam,I began to seek for help and thankfully i came across tradecrypts and invested the rest of my money with them,they did not fail me and i got back on track,the platform even offers bonuses on every returns.
Scam Alert! Unfortunately i believed all the promises btccrest gave me and invested a lot of my savings which amounted to about 13,000 USDT on their platform. I made a lot of profit and my account balance grew to over 28,300 USDT which i tried to withdraw from multiple times but all attempts were denied. When they discovered that i had realized it was all scam based on my requests and communication with them, they eventually stopped responding to my emails and locked my account. I almost lost hope, but thank God, gvkayhelpdesk.com came to my rescue and recoup everything i lost from them after a couple of days
The worst platform I have ever used. They are beyond cruel. I got scammed last year in a sophisticated scam, my mistake but as a rookie, you make mistakes and move on. Btccrest have treated me like a criminal, they've withheld my money from me for over 9 MONTHS. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.
Btc crest do not allow me to withdraw money from my account before paying 10% commission.No other platform asks for this. Please advise.
