Took advantage of the free ship prior to Christmas and wanted to try these shoes. Couldnt be happier! They have extended sizes and widths, which helps accommodate everyone in my family. Loved them so much that I got a pair for all of us. A bit pricey so it will be a while before I get another pair, but you cant beat the comfort

The mesh upper of my Ghost 13s has shredded at the flex points of the toe-box, after just a few months of use. I run a road 5k once or twice per week, at best, and use the shoes for nothing else. Customer Service (and their mysterious 'Footwear Specialists') are claiming I've used the shoes for cycling (I don't even own a bike) and refusing to admit an issue with their product. I've never bought Brooks before and never will again. Just heartened in a way to see that other reviewers have had the same experience (sorry guys).

Don't waste your money on this terrible company with awful, cheap shoes!

*This company self-evidently has nothing directly to do with Brooks Running USA.
*I purchased a pair of shoes, but none of the invoicing or other documentation had any reference at all to the Brooks company.
*The shoes were despatched from China by an unknown company.
*28 days after despatch I had not received the shoes and was told I couldn't get a refund because the shoes were in transit!
*The Customer Service is not Brooks, either, it's the same Chinese company, so you go round in circles complaining.
*Don't buy shoes online from BrooksRunningNZ, people. It's a fake company.

If you want good service and fast delivery, chose your shoes here, but order at Amazon. Price is the same, and free shipping.

13 days since I placed my order which was to be delivered 7-14 days, still I can't track my order, it's too early in the process. NEVER AGAIN!

I went to the store with my husband yesterday 06/16/2019 around 2pm to buy two pair of shoes, my selection was very easy, just to get another ghost 11 wide D sze 7 in other color. The guy that was attending me was so apathetic sooo apathetic, I tried to make jokes about the color I really wanted and he just said "out of my control that we do not have it" so I decided not to buy any shoes, also he never offered me choices that could be close to the ghost 11. My husband decided to try for the first time brooks brand and the guy never measured his feet or checked his stride nothing. I swear this guy was ready to fall asleep he was so short on his answers, that I told my husband no to buy any pair of shoes but he really wanted to try brooks brand so we bought his pair of shoes. And to be honest all the people that was trying shoes we were looking at each other about your employees attitude, no engaging, no offering options, bringing boxes with a terrible mood.
I normally buy my shoes in fleet feet or road runners, people there have such a wonderful attitude, always offering options... etc. I thought that I will have wider selection on colors in the brooks store but totally a failure I will not come back whatsoever.

Strange experience. Tried to send a gift. Their system rejected order AFTER sending me confirmation email. TWICE. Really? No email warning me, no phone call and no delivery to my giftee. I HAD to discover this on my own. Great. Called and spoke to awesome person in ordering dept. named Vaughan. He tried to help. I asked to speak to person who SHOULD fix their system. She called me back at least. However, one of the strangest business calls ever. The woman who stated their system of online orders was 100 percent her doing, not once apologized for my inconvenience but rather was "hurt" that I was not "kind" to her. It was all about her. This is business people. If you state you are responsible 100 percent for a terrible system then be prepared to be told the truth. Great shoes with WIDE sizes available. Just buy them not on this website.

I recently purchased running shoes from Brooks. I made a typo on my address and did not catch it until FedEx sent an email stating they were returning shoes to Brooks. I called Brooks and they told me that they would NOT be able to send me my shoes back. That once they were processed they would return my money to my account. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available. I asked for anyone to troubleshoot this and I would pay for more shipping. I was told no one could help me and this is just how they do it. He did not care and was very unwilling to help. I will NOT buy from them again!
