I bought a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. It hadn't even been a month and the charms have fallen off twice. She didn't find them the second time. So spent 120 for the bracelet that lost the charms. Very poorly made I wouldn't waste your money. I do not recommend.

I bought a bracelet for my mom as a gift and it looked very cheap. As expected, it broke after a few months. Terrible customer service. They have a 60 day replacement policy. Do not waste your money! Cheap products and bad customer service.

Purchased a $100 bracelet and was so excited! It arrived and it's the cheapest looking piece of jewelry I've ever seen. Terribly quality. It literally looks like you got it out of a 50 cents vending machine at a bowling alley. The clasp hardly works. I intended to give it as a gift but it would be an embarrassment.

Mothers Day Gift Turned Green a Necklace.They refused to give moneyback after 60 days.They suggested they will give me back a 10% discount on the next item. This company and customer service is horrible and non professional and the product is garbage don't buy from them.

They refuse to publish a negative review on their site. I wanted to order some bangle bracelets and wrote to ask the size. The circumference so I could see if it would fit my wrist. They wrote back and said "2.5 inches" I told them multiple times that is not a wrist size but they argued. They say everything is US based but I only got half English answers from overseas. When I left a review they wrote me 6 MONTHS LATER and said they won't publish a negative review without proof. Submitted proof and they won't still put in on their site. Terrible. Scammy and deceptive practices.

Bought my daughter and myself a ring. The ring turned our finger green and tarnished. Customer service would not do anything except offer us a 30% discount on future purchase. Unfortunately we will not be buying from them again since it turned our finger green and tarnished. Can only imagine any future purchase would do the same. Poor quality and poor customer service!

I bought the monogram coin with toggle chain. It was $89. What I received was a very tiny charm on a very light, low quality chain. This is some type of lightweight metal with silver color over it. In the engraving it is copper color. So much less than I expected for this price.

I bought a necklace over $200 and on the description it says 14K gold. A little over one year the gold started wearing off as if it's not real gold and it's gold plated. I messaged them and they said well it's too bad and it's passed their 2 months return/exchange policy. They offered a 15% off and free shipping. I would never purchase anything from this brand again. Over priced gold plated jewelry advertising as real gold. Don't waste your money.

I tried to get some information from the company on the size of an item. I wrote in and someone told me that bracelets are 2.5" long. They clearly did not speak English well. I called in and got routed to the Philippines. That person also had no clue, was rude and didn't know the first thing about jewelry. The lack of knowledge and understanding is so over the top that I can't imagine any company that cheaps out on staff so much has any kind of decent product

I ordered a bracelet that I was ecstatic about. Received it today. My disappointment is epic. It is cheap and it would fit a child's wrist not an adult I have absolutely no use for it now and I've wasted $70. And your system won't let me upload a picture or proof because it only takes 5m Which is ridiculous.

Do not buy from them! I bought a ring in a size 6, they sent a 5. In order for me to return it they wanted me to have to go to a jeweler and take a pic of the ring on the measuring tool in order to return. Horrid customer service.

I ordered Christmas gift for daughter with ingraved intitials and wrong item arrived. First, I couldn't reach anyone by phone…that was red flag. Next, they wanted the my daughter to send proof they THEY had screwed up. She was already upset. I asked if we could just send the corrected pendant. Their claim is that it takes 10-14 days to review before they request item to even be returned. After that, it may take a month to fix and correct their error. They didn't even take responsibility barely even answered the phone nor several emails whigc we sent asking for help. I called bank to cancel payment immediately. This company doesn't back their work. This completely ruined our gift! Do not buy from brooks and York! Save your money and go to a real jeweler.

They sent the wrong order and I couldn't understand the rep. On the phone. Looks cheap. Waste of Money.
