This webiste... along with many other bridal websites seems to be something like a broker for items. You THINK you are buying the product from them but really, you are buying from another company/website. My order took FOREVER to ship! And communication was terrible. After my order was placed, I received a confirmation email. After that... I waited and waited! After one week, I emailed them to give me info on the status! They said my order would ship the next day. Another 3 days went by. I emailed again. They ignored me for three more then said my order had shipped that day. I received a UPS confirm number but UPS hadn't really picked up the box yet. Oh geez! REALLY? The items i received were nice but for wedding stuff, less stress is best!
