I sent 2 big boxes of barbie dolls transformers and matchbox and star wars toys and they gave me 2 dollars first them they are complete theives you have been warned stay away from them

They lure you in with there initial offer ($50). Then they will follow up with an offer for 1/2 ($25). After you ship the item in. The final offer is another half ($12). Now they have your stuff. If you request your stuff back you will have to pay high shipping costs. You just paid them to look and stuff. DO NOT USE THEM! I did and got "hosed". I am trying to save you from the headaches.

Brian's toys is the best place to buy vintage star wars toys! I have bought many items over the years from you and I always feel I get a great deal. Thank-you Brian's toys for being an ethical business that I truely trust! Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future :)

I will never buy from this company ever again. I order an item an over a year ago at a listed price, but when it came in, they said it was at a higher price than the preordered price payment I made when order was placed over a years ago. I and Ms. Brain went back and forth, after about a week of this, she said she will ship item at the price listed as preordered price. But when receive it was open, missing a part. I called her back and then was told you can ship it back, we will refund you, but I would have to pay the shipping cost to ship item back. I did one better, I did a reverse the charge claim (Credit card company) I Can't ship it back, because I refuse to pay for that or an item that's missing a part. Now Brian toy Family "mob" like company, lost the money for the item and has to pay for the reverse charge "credit back claim," your welcome Ms., Brain "very anger women" All this, because you want the charge 10 dollars more payment for an item paid for already an over a years and then ship item open and without a part you removed!

I sold 3 large boxes of Barbie's. The original quote was $431, I had sent in photos and all were new, in original boxes and stored in a dark closet. My final check was only $280. Very disappointed.

Brians toys is great. So easy to work with. They are very helpful, prompt. They have been very helpful to me taking a large number of barbies I need to pass on to another loving collector. Very patient very prompt. I am hoping they can help with another collection I would like to let go to others that are interested. 5 stars to Brians.

I've read many of the reviews for those purchasing items. That's great! However, selling to these guys was a different experience. I was quoted an amount that was borderline low. I wanted to off load the Barbie collection (mostly mint and all in the original boxes) so I was willing to go a little low. Once I shipped them, they charged $80, then lowered the quoted amount. When I asked for the collection to be shipped back, they wanted $160. I ended up settling for what little they offered. If you are buying, go for it. But don't sell to these guys. You will be sorely disappointed!
