Terrible service and lame excuses

Still waiting for despatch notification on an order placed over two weeks ago, happy to take my money and confirm 3-5 days but cannot advise when I will get my order despatched. Scripted replies and lame excuses daily and still nothing. Trust me save time and money and buy local, preferably from a small independent who will value your business.
