Brazil Grill Restaurant

Went to Brazil Grill last Saturday with my Brazilian house guest. We did not have a reservation, but we were lucky to replace a recent cancelation.
The place was full and looked very festive. With smiles all over.
The 12 different meats were carved tableside by efficient Gachos.
The juicy lamb was our favorite. The salad bar had about 15 different options. We were told not to eat too much salad, leaving more space for the meat. It took 4 minutes to get my first drink, a typical Caipirinha.
My house guest assured me that Brazil Grill is one of the most authentic churrascarias outside her native Brazil.
We already booked a table to celebrate her birthday next month.
