WANTS TO ARGUE

I called Braun to find where to buy a charcoal filter for my coffee maker. I explained that the website only shows one type. The guy started arguing that Braun makes several different filters. I said the website only shows one type and I only want to know where I can buy it locally. He kept arguing. So, I said goodbye. I will buy another brand.
